    Nice to meet you. This was our older siblings’ once-a-year trip to Tomakomai (meeting up with our cousins in Tomakomai), and we were very satisfied with the complimentary drinks and other services at the Hotel group’s izakaya. We also sincerely appreciate your thoughtful hospitality, including the Hotel ice cream and soba noodles after the Onsen. We look forward to staying with you again.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed here for a short trip. The Room was clean, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable bath. The large public bath felt wonderfully open and relaxing. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    I had a comfortable stay as expected.

    It was my first time visiting Tomakomai, so I chose this accommodation for its familiarity and trust in the chain. The bath was spacious, the room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay as expected. Although I didn’t try the "Yonaki Soba" or breakfast this time, I look forward to trying them next time. Thank you very much!

    I stayed for a Multi...

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of three days. The breakfast was very delicious, and it was nice that the ingredients for the miso soup and the side dishes were slightly different every day. The Hokkigai curry was especially delicious. However, when I was having trouble unlocking the bath, a man who seemed to be Chinese kindly unlocked it for me with a smile. I appreciated his kindness, but considering there are times when there are few people around, it was a bit scary to think about someone coming in at such times. Other than that, I stayed alone this time, and it was very good, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    There will be no revisit.

    The response at check-in was not good, which may have caused a biased evaluation. Even when I asked questions, the responses were slow, and I was left speechless by the expression that seemed to suggest it was my way of asking that was the problem. Another staff member who came in to help responded promptly. The assigned room was small and dark, and the pillowcase felt worn out. While aging is inevitable, I would have liked a sense of cleanliness. Unfortunately, the impression of Dormy Inn, which I used frequently in other regions before, was shattered. It was a stay that left me questioning the reviews.
