    The location was gre...

    The location was great and convenient for sightseeing and getting around. On the other hand, the Room felt a bit small. Also, the water set up near the elevator was not refilled for a while after check-in. At check-in, a reception assistant (an international trainee?) guided me, but since it was a system where I could complete the procedure myself via a QR code, the guidance was actually hard to follow and I felt a bit confused. Also, even though I did not use the Hotel parking lot, I later received a phone call about parking, which also left me puzzled. Because the location was so good, I think it would have been more comfortable if guidance and confirmations had been smoother.

    I stayed here for a ...

    I stayed here for a concert. This was my third time. The location is convenient from Kawaramachi, and although breakfast isn’t included, there are plenty of places nearby to eat, so finding restaurants is never a problem. It’s also nice that you can enjoy coffee and other drinks in the lounge. Last year I came with three friends, and after dinner we were able to relax and have another drink in the lounge. Since it would be cramped for four people in the Room, this was very convenient. The loungewear is a simple shirt type without pants. Personally, I prefer pajama-style sleepwear. If I had one more wish, it would be even better with a large public bath. I’d like to stay again.

    This stay was outstanding again. In Takamatsu, I wouldn’t choose anywhere else. The hospitality, cleanliness, and security were all excellent. As always, I had a very comfortable stay and was completely satisfied.

    Whenever I have a gathering in Takamatsu, I stay here. The location is great, and you can enjoy a blissful time with delicious coffee in the workspace. I recently found out there is a gym. I’ll use it when I’m not drinking alcohol. The Room is clean, not too small, and very relaxing. If I had to mention one thing, the color of the shoe paper in the Room had faded. It made me wonder if it had been left unused for a while. Other than that, it’s a comfortable Hotel with no issues. I’ll be back again in May.

    Smart Hotel

    This was a great Hotel where the “smart hotel” concept is truly realized. The good points are just as others have written. This time I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, but next time I’d like to stay longer. For those making a Reservation, one drawback worth mentioning is that the walls are somewhat thin. The Hotel is aware of this and has notices posted in shared areas, and earplugs are also provided. Even so, on one night during my stay, I could hear someone talking loudly on the phone. I think I was just unlucky to encounter a guest who didn’t understand what the notice said. Even with that, my impression that this is a great Hotel hasn’t changed. As mentioned above, next time I’ll be staying long-term!

    Smooth check-in and check-out

    Check-in was done using the QR code that was sent to me. Since I had registered my information in advance, it went smoothly. Although it is unmanned, there is someone on camera who interacts with you, which felt a bit strange since it was my first time. (I wanted to proceed at my own pace, but they kept talking to me.) It was convenient to have a café space and a water dispenser on the floor.

    With a fully equipped workspace and gym, it goes beyond the level of a typical business Hotel. The Room is clean, and you can sleep soundly in the carefully selected bed. The only downside was a strange noise coming from the air purifier in the Room. Other than that, it’s a consistently relaxing Hotel. I’ll be back again.

    A hotel that combines convenience and comfort, making you want to visit again.

    We stayed for two nights over the weekend as a couple, combining it with a business trip. The staff kindly accommodated our last-minute parking reservation, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful stay despite being in the city center. The AI-powered smart check-in was smooth, and the keyless code entry was very convenient. The amenities next to the front desk allowed us to pick only what we needed, and towel exchanges were hassle-free. The lounge on the first floor had a bright and clean wooden design, and thanks to self-serve coffee and various teas, I was able to work efficiently. Our twin room was very spacious with a large sofa, clean surroundings, well-organized layout, and provided a calm atmosphere throughout our stay. It was an experience that made me want to visit again!

    Used as a base accommodation for the Setouchi Triennale.

    Despite the rising hotel prices in Takamatsu City due to inbound tourism, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. It was my first time using self-check-in with an avatar, and I was initially worried. However, after scanning the QR code on the check-in screen on the day of arrival, a staff member appeared to explain everything, which reassured me. The designated Room is accessed using a 4-digit code issued during check-in. The Room is spacious for a Business Hotel and comfortable to relax in. Amenities are minimal, but there is a free drink machine (coffee, café au lait, tea, etc.) on the first floor and water dispensers near elevators on each floor—very convenient. A convenience store is located slightly farther away. The only downside was the air conditioning system. As it’s centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted individually, I woke up several times at night due to cold temperatures. It would have been nice if blankets were provided.

    Conveniently Located Hotel in the City

    There are similarly named Hotels nearby, so it might be helpful to provide clear access instructions to avoid confusion. Although the front desk was operated by an avatar, a staff member came out and provided assistance, which was very helpful. The amenities were sufficient with no particular issues. Conveniently located in the center of Takamatsu City, but as breakfast is not provided at the Hotel, it might be nice to share recommendations for morning udon or dinner options. Check-out was smooth and easy—just drop the paper with your number key into a box.

    Another comfortable stay!! This is my go-to accommodation in Takamatsu, and I am truly satisfied. It’s clean, and all the staff are very polite and kind. I highly recommend it to many of my friends.

    This Hotel offers the same exceptional hospitality as always, providing a sense of comfort. The staff's service is impeccable. While the Facility is slightly dated, it is well-maintained and clean, leaving a positive impression. The free space on the first floor is comfortable, and the warm response from the cleaning staff was particularly impressive. I no longer wish to stay anywhere else in Takamatsu.

    We visited for a concert at the Teatron (4 people, 2 rooms). The rooms were quite standard, but the price was very reasonable, and we had a comfortable and satisfying stay. The shared space was absolutely fantastic. After the concert, we had made a reservation at a nearby izakaya and gathered in the shared space upon returning to enjoy ourselves. Unlike usual situations where we would gather in one room, sit on beds, or bring chairs from other rooms, it was wonderful to enjoy a spacious area without any hassle! In the morning lounge, we also got to interact with others who attended the same concert and had an enjoyable time. We’d love to use this place again. Oh, by the way, coffee and other drinks are available for free in the lounge! The access from Kawaramachi is convenient as well. Breakfast is not included; however, there’s an udon shop nearby that opens early where you can enjoy freshly made udon in the morning. Although we didn’t use it this time, you can also cook in the shared space if needed. Thank you very much!

    This was my first time staying here. The place was clean and tidy, with a humidifier provided, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The breakfast sandwiches were also delicious. I deducted one star because of the amenities—I would have liked cotton swabs, cotton pads, and hair ties. Additionally, since there is no parking available, it would be helpful to have a clear map showing nearby affordable parking options.

    Conveniently located near the downtown area.

    It was convenient being close to the downtown area. The unmanned check-in was easy with a QR code, which gave me peace of mind. The complimentary coffee on the first floor was appreciated. I think it would have been even better if there were amenities like lotion and cream available.

    The best casual Hotel

    I was very surprised! A wonderful Hotel! What stands out is the amazing staff. Warm smiles and kind service. It was very good! I was also pleased with the complimentary drink service in the lounge with wonderful books, and the mineral water service with a dedicated cup was nice. It was a casual yet comfortable Hotel, different from conventional Business Hotels. This is my honest impression after a 5-night Multiple Night Stay.
