    Stay with us.

    We stayed for one night as a family. We chose this Hotel because it has a large public bath, but the bathing area and changing room were very small, which was disappointing. There were eight lockers in the changing room, but there was barely enough space for people drying their hair and those getting changed to pass each other. When I opened the door to the bath area, there were no lockers available and people were waiting. In the bath area, there were only five shower stations. Even while I was showering, two people were waiting behind me, so I couldn’t relax. Two guests who arrived before me were using the showers without hurrying or being mindful of others. Even after leaving the bath area, someone was waiting to use a locker next, so everything felt rushed. Breakfast was great—there were local dishes and a wide variety of ingredients. It was delicious and we could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. We sent our luggage by round-trip courier service. The cover tore on the outbound trip, and since there was no cover for the return trip, we received our suitcase at home with many scratches. The courier office asked whether we had been informed about the cover at the Hotel. It was disappointing that the front desk did not explain this properly. It said “1 minute on foot from the station,” but it took more than 5 minutes.

    I use this hotel when I return home, including my once-a-year visit to the family grave. It’s close to the station, and I can stay here with peace of mind. As always, I’m satisfied with breakfast. With prices rising for so many things these days, I know it must be difficult, but I hope you can maintain the quality as much as possible. If I’m able to come again next year, I’d like to stay here again. The grab bar in the Room bathroom was positioned a bit inconveniently for elderly guests.

    Satisfied

    The parking instructions were a bit unclear, and it was disappointing that my understanding didn’t match what was expected. I was also disappointed that the bath used reheated Onsen water. However, even considering these two points, my overall satisfaction was high. Face towels were provided in the bath area, and the signature breakfast—both the food and service—was very satisfying. I would like to stay again.

    It was clean and pleasant.

    Consistently high quality. Close to the station, and there were no complaints about anything. The razor provided by Hokke Club offers a great shaving experience and is always helpful.

    Delicious breakfast

    This is my second stay. I chose this accommodation for my business trip to Niigata after reading reviews about the delicious breakfast. I was satisfied during my first stay, and once again, I was very pleased with the breakfast this time. The bath is not natural hot spring water, but the spacious tub and secure women's bath made it comfortable and safe to use. We stayed in a semi-double room for two people, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep without any issues. The front desk staff were all kind and welcoming. Although I don't often visit Niigata, if I have another chance, I would love to stay here again.

    Thank you very much. From the first time I stayed, I have had a very positive impression of this Hotel. The front desk staff were polite, the Room was clean, and everything from the location of outlets to the ease of using the lighting was perfect—there was nothing to complain about. I greatly appreciated receiving cleansing products and face wash as amenities during check-in, which I had forgotten to buy at a convenience store. Whenever I visit Niigata again, I will definitely stay at this Hotel. Although it was just one night, I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you so much!

    Beyond Expectations Hotel

    I stayed for the fireworks festival in Kashiwazaki. It is very accessible, just 30 minutes by express train from Kashiwazaki and a few minutes' walk from Nagaoka Station. As a Business Hotel, the service was excellent, the Room was clean, and I was very satisfied. There is also a large public bath that helped relieve the fatigue of a long journey. The breakfast at this Hotel has an excellent reputation, so next time I plan to Complete the Reservation early and enjoy breakfast as well.

    Be soothed by the fresh flowers displayed throughout.

    I use this Hotel for my annual visits back home. Since my family home in Nagaoka City is no longer there, I stay here when visiting for grave visits or class reunions. I really appreciate its proximity to the station and the delicious breakfast. The front desk service is also top-notch for a Business Hotel. What always stands out to me is the scent of lilies in the center of the lobby. Additionally, fresh flowers are displayed throughout, providing a comforting touch during my travels. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

    The Best Breakfast and Spotlessly Clean Rooms

    A breakfast where you can enjoy plenty of Niigata specialties. Even though it was a buffet, everything tasted as fresh as if it had just been served. Very satisfying! The Room had a standard business-hotel style, but it was thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable. Even the ventilation vents—often overlooked—were spotless, and the bathroom area and shower curtain were well maintained, making for a stress-free stay. Sound carried a little, but that’s common at this price point. More importantly, the cleanliness and food quality were outstanding by comparison. Everyone—from the buffet staff to the front desk and housekeeping—was warm and welcoming, which made my stay truly pleasant. If I come to Nagaoka again, I’d love to stay here again.

    I think it's top class among Business Hotels in Nagaoka! The Room is spacious and there is a large public bath. It was a Plan with breakfast included, and various local dishes from Niigata were served, which were delicious.

    I use this place regularly. I always look forward to the creatively prepared breakfast side dishes. However, I can hear conversations and door noises from the hallway quite well, so I'm a bit worried that our conversations might be overheard...
