    About the Room

This is purely my personal opinion. There was a wall outside the window, and the Room received almost no natural light, which felt quite claustrophobic. Even if it’s just for sleeping, I was surprised, as it was my first time staying in a Room like this.

    I will stay again.

This was my sixth stay. As always, the staff’s service was courteous. Breakfast was delicious as well. One request: it would be convenient to have one more face towel. After using one for bathing, there isn’t a towel left to use in the Room. I plan to travel to Hokkaido twice a year from now on. I would like to stay here again.

    It was a bit disappointing.

This time, I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. At check-in, I was told my Room had been changed from a single to a double for some reason. The Room was more spacious than usual, but when I opened the window, it faced the wall of the neighboring building, so I couldn't see outside or even check the weather (unfortunate). When I opened the fridge, there was no complimentary bottled water that is usually provided. Assuming they no longer offered water service, I bought some at a convenience store and tried to boil it—only to find that the kettle didn’t work at all (why?). I called someone from reception who confirmed it was broken and replaced it for me. The next day, after going out and returning to my Room, there were bottled waters in the fridge after all (as expected). The service and bath were as good as always; however, due to issues with the Room setup—including no bottled water initially and a malfunctioning kettle—it was slightly disappointing this time. I’d like to stay again next time but would prefer a Room with a view of the street!

Convenient for both sightseeing and business.

I informed them in advance that I would be using the room for work, and they kindly assigned me a room with a larger desk, making it easier to set up my PC. (I am not familiar with the usual specifications of single rooms, but I was able to use it comfortably.) The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station, and by utilizing the underground walkway effectively, you only need to walk about one block above ground, which minimizes the burden even on snowy roads. The Clock Tower is just a 2-minute walk away, and you can reach the Former Hokkaido Government Office Building or Odori Park in about 5 minutes on foot. There are also subway stations and bus stops nearby, making it convenient for both business and sightseeing. While the Facility is not new, there is a clean large public bath in the basement where you can stretch your legs and relax—a great feature. Additionally, breakfast offered handmade dishes inspired by Hokkaido cuisine and was delicious.

Comfortable for both work and travel.

I reserved two rooms for my wife and her friend. The rooms were spacious and convenient to use, and despite the building being old, it was well-maintained and clean, so there were no concerns at all. The hotel staff were efficient and attentive, making their 3-night, 4-day stay very comfortable. The location was excellent and convenient for getting anywhere. Although they initially opted out of breakfast due to varying dinner plans, they decided to try it on the last day because of its good reputation. At 1,650 yen per person, the breakfast offered great value for money, so they expressed a desire to revisit with meals included next time. They mentioned that both work and leisure during their stay went smoothly. As the one who made the reservation, I felt reassured as well. Thank you very much!

Close to the station and company

I stayed here for a business trip, and it was conveniently close to my workplace. While the downtown area is a bit far, it’s still within a manageable distance. The Facility doesn’t seem new, but it was well-maintained and clean. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use the large public bath this time, which was disappointing. I look forward to trying it on my next visit.

    When visiting Sapporo,

We highly recommend this Hotel. Although there is no parking lot or affiliated parking, it is an affordable option located in the center of Sapporo with excellent facilities. Unlike many Business Hotels where you need to collect amenities from the lobby or bring loungewear to your Room, everything here is fully prepared from the start for your convenience.

    This was my second s...

This was my second stay. The accommodation is close to the station, and I was guided to a corner room on the top floor where the bed is not visible from the door, making it very comfortable for a solo stay. The large public bath was convenient and quiet, and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with rice, side dishes, and sweets. I would love to stay here again.

    Very satisfied.

Distance from the station Front desk service Delicious meals Comfort of the room Everything was excellent. At other hotels, I have experienced discomfort such as hearing voices from neighboring rooms at night or conversations in the hallway being noisy, but this Hotel had none of that, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning.

Poor service. The parking lot is far. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and the public bath closes early.

    First time using it.

I stayed here for the first time because it is close to the concert venue. It was disappointing that the morning bath started at 6:00 AM; I wish it could start at 5:00 AM. The breakfast area is not very spacious, but people rotated efficiently, so it didn’t feel crowded. The TV in the Room was small, so I hardly watched it.

2 nights as a base for exploring Sapporo and Otaru

Stayed for 2 nights with breakfast included, for 2 adults and 1 elementary school child. The Hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station South Exit and about a 1-minute walk from the nearest underground passage exit, making it convenient even on days with bad weather or when carrying lots of luggage. Due to the structure of the Hotel building, perhaps, the Room had a window but received very little sunlight. However, if you're out sightseeing during the day, this shouldn't be an issue. Although we didn't use the private bath in our Room, it was clean with a tidy shower curtain. The large public bath was perfect for relaxing after tiring plane and train travel—stretching out and soaking was refreshing. Perhaps because we traveled outside peak season, there were no noises at night from hallways or neighboring Rooms above or beside us. Breakfast was sufficient; local specialties like soba noodles, stew, Ishikari soup (salmon miso soup), and corn pudding were particularly delicious. Having porridge available in the morning after indulging too much during sightseeing was greatly appreciated as well! From check-in to check-out, all staff provided excellent service with warm hospitality. Thank you for taking care of us!

    Would love to visit again.

Stayed for 3 nights during my trip to Sapporo. The Facility is not the most modern, but there were no particular issues, and the bath amenities were of good quality. There was an Onsen available, but unfortunately, I couldn't use it due to time constraints, which is my only regret. The staff were all very pleasant and attentive, making my stay comfortable and worry-free. Additionally, the location offers great access from Sapporo Station and is close to hitaru and the Clock Tower, which was very convenient. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

    Overall satisfied.

This time, I used the Hokke Club series for the first time. It was smooth and appreciated that I could complete the check-in procedure in advance when I left my luggage. Pre-requests, inquiry emails, and arriving luggage were all well shared with the front desk, making it a reliable Hotel with stable service. Thank you very much.

    It was good.

I used it for the first time. I think it is a Property where you can stay affordably near Sapporo Station. When returning from the Sapporo Beer Garden, the bus stop was in front of the Hotel, so it was convenient. There is also a large public bath, and it was warming. Among the Business Hotels I have stayed at recently across the whole country, the breakfast was quite delicious. As mentioned in everyone's Review, the response of the staff at the front desk and restaurant was also good. I will use it again next time, so thank you in advance.

    Bath

When I went to the bath on Saturday, it was crowded, there were no slippers, so I returned to my Room. I thought it would be better if there was an indication of how crowded it was before going. When I went again, I was able to enter, but I was surprised to see a foreigner entering the locker room and even the bathroom with slippers on.

    I had a comfortable stay.

We were upgraded to a Room and had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. However, while other Hotels recently have amenities bars and amenity sets for women, the female-specific amenities such as lotion were only available in the large public bath, which was a bit disappointing when using the bath in the Room. The breakfast had a good selection of desserts and was delicious, but it would have been even better with a bit more seafood.

    Thank you for your patronage.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The Room had a window, but the view was completely blocked by the wall of the neighboring building, making it feel like I was confined for two days. I would have preferred a Room where I could at least see the weather. The Facility was old, and the walls seemed thin as I could hear the conversations from the next Room clearly. The bed was unfortunately uncomfortable. The large public bath was pleasant, and the breakfast was very delicious. The staff at the venue were efficient and pleasant in their service. Thank you very much.

    I am very satisfied ...

I am very satisfied with this Hotel. The front desk staff were very accommodating, had wonderful smiles, and made me feel very warm. Next, the breakfast had a wide variety and was truly well-balanced in nutrition. I had plenty. I am very, very satisfied. If I have the opportunity to come to Sapporo again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Lastly, to add one more point, the pillows were particularly comfortable. I think they are the most satisfying pillows among the Hotels I have stayed at.

Convenient location for city sightseeing and access to public transportation.

It is about a 5-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station. The express bus stop is also nearby, and it's easy to get to Odori Park via the Clock Tower. Access to restaurants, including the station building, is excellent, making it a very convenient location for travelers. The staff at the check-in counter were very polite and kind, greeting us every time we came and went. We stayed for two nights and had a pleasant stay. We used a twin bedroom, and although the room and bathroom were slightly small, they were clean and well-equipped with amenities. Everything necessary, such as slippers and nightwear, was provided. The large public bath is great for relieving the day's fatigue, and both the washing area and the bathtub were spacious enough. Above all, the cleanliness was impeccable, allowing for a pleasant bathing experience. The only disappointment was that there was no view from the room window. Since the building is close to the neighboring building, the only thing visible from the window was the wall of the adjacent building. There was almost no sunlight in the morning. I heard that some single rooms face the street, but all twin rooms face the wall like this.
