  I don’t understand why the bath is only available until 9:00.

  I don’t understand why, at an Accommodation with a 10:00 check-out, the bath is only available until 9:00—it feels like harassment. There was no option to take a bath from 9:00 for 30 minutes before checking out, so I couldn’t use the bath even once. When I was about to check out at 10:00, they were letting outside day visitors use the bath starting at 10:00. Allowing outside guests to use the bath from 10:00 while not allowing staying guests to bathe from 9:00 can only be seen as harassment.

  Mistake during Reservation?

  I didn't check the details carefully and mistakenly applied for a "Student Discount" Plan. Since I am not eligible for the discount, additional charges were incurred. However, the explanation from the hotel staff was reasonable, and I did not have a bad impression. It would be helpful if an alert appeared during the reservation process on the site. Considering the price, I can't complain about the room, but there were limited lighting options (either too bright or too dim), and while there were no major issues with water facilities, some areas were not very clean.

Based on your feedback, we have added a question from the Facility requiring guests to bring a student ID, making it easier to understand this requirement in advance. As for the "Student Discount Plan," it is not limited to those taking high school or university entrance exams. Adults who are attending universities or vocational schools and present a valid student ID are also eligible for the discount. Therefore, there is no specific age restriction. We also appreciate your valuable feedback regarding lighting brightness settings and cleanliness of water facilities. We will take these as future challenges and strive for improvement.   Bath

  The water temperature was lukewarm in all options, and it didn't help relieve fatigue.

Regarding the Onsen temperatures: The indoor bath is set at approximately 42°C for a hotter soak, while the open-air bath is set at around 40°C. We strive to maintain consistent temperatures; however, there may be temporary fluctuations during water replacement.   Why is this happening?

  Tried a slightly luxurious option after a while, but there were too many unnecessary things, which was a bit overwhelming. For me, something simpler would have been enough. Well, as for Akita, I'm already over it. The Hotel wasn't bad though.

  The Onsen is wonderful.

  I visited without knowing much, but the Onsen was amazing. I even went in again on my way back from Tsurunoyu. The staff were very kind, and the location was excellent. Thank you very much!
