  Anyway, the staff is terrible.

  I stayed with my family, but the attitude of the reception staff was terrible. Also, the night cleaning staff was not friendly. Additionally, the curtain rails were detached on both sides, so we couldn't close them completely, the humidifying air purifier had no water, and the sink was too small to fill with water. Only the staff at the dining area were pleasant. Next time, I plan to use a different Hotel nearby and only use the kids' space.
