    It was helpful that the property is close to the airport.

    Close to the airport, and we were able to relax in the Onsen. The women in our group really enjoyed the hot stone spa and were very satisfied.

    Stayed here for my first trip to Miyazaki! The Japanese-style room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. Very satisfied with the reasonable price. However, when I asked about the bath hours through the official website's AI chat, I was told "from check-in until 2 AM the next day." Trusting this information, I planned to relax in the bath after enjoying the stone sauna (which is a great feature). But when I went at 11 PM, it turned out that bath access ended at 11 PM instead of 2 AM as stated. The cleaning staff arrived while I hurriedly used the bath—this part was disappointing. (laughs) I also felt sorry for inconveniencing the cleaning staff. That said, being able to use it again in the morning made up for it!

    The service is extremely poor.

    I received a call two days before my stay saying the onsen was unavailable. It seems the onsen had already been unusable since early February, and they should have contacted me then, but their response was very delayed and extremely unfriendly. Even if they tell me such a thing two days before, I can't make another hotel reservation because it's the first day of a three-day weekend during professional baseball camp. They probably can't think from the customer's perspective. There is still no apology from the manager even now. I guess they believe there was no fault in their response. The hotel prepared as an alternative was also terrible. Regrettably shabby. Not maintained at all. Unhygienic. Unstable internet environment including Wi-Fi. In a way, you provided us with memories of this three-day weekend.
