  Overall satisfaction has improved.

  I stayed on the 8th floor, and the hallway heating was on, making it feel like a sauna, so I informed the front desk before going out. When I returned, it had improved after letting in outside air, but there seems to be an issue with the Facility inspection system. Regarding the foldable luggage rack in the Room for placing large bags: while I was trying to set it up, the tabletop (quite heavy) suddenly fell and hit my left wrist, causing slight bleeding. It was a minor injury, but I think this could lead to a serious accident unless it is set up in advance. Breakfast felt significantly better than two years ago. However, the pork was tough, though considering the price it seems unavoidable. The large public bath was well maintained and not crowded, so I could relax. The water temperature was just right and helped relieve my fatigue. That said, I would like cold water after bathing. Overall, I am satisfied. I will use your hotel again. Thank you very much.

  The breakfast was excellent and very delicious. The large public bath was spacious and relaxing.

  It was my first stay.

  The location is a bit of a walk from the station, but the Room was clean and comfortable.

  Good value for money

  Although it is a bit far from the station, I think there is no problem at all with this level of service and price. The Onsen was open until 2 AM, and for women, it was securely locked, which was reassuring. The staff were also kind. I was very satisfied with the breakfast, and the takeaway coffee was nice too. I would love to visit again!

  Hospitality

  This was my first stay, and I stayed for one night. The small Hotel is doing its best, and I appreciate the kind service from the front desk, breakfast venue, and cleaning staff. The Room was kept clean in detail, and the breakfast venue had a good selection of dishes. I will use it again on another occasion.
