    I love it.

    We were satisfied with everything, including the staff, Room, bath, and meals. It is also conveniently located near the station. I stayed here while accompanying my younger brother (who requires nursing care), and we did not experience any inconvenience. I would like to stay here again when visiting Osaka. Thank you very much.

    I stayed for two nig...

    I stayed for two nights to attend my favorite artist's live concert. The location is very convenient, close to the main station and the concert venue, as well as near a metro station. The large public bath was secure with a women-only password system, and it offered a selection of shampoos and conditioners. After the concert, I could relax my tired body in the hot bath and felt truly rejuvenated. The complimentary breakfast buffet was surprisingly extensive for a free service at a Business Hotel—delicious with plenty of variety that slightly changed over the two days. Although I planned to eat lightly since I wanted to enjoy Osaka cuisine for lunch, everything was so tasty that I ended up eating more than expected!

    Highly recommended.

    Conveniently located just a short walk from the station. The reception offers complimentary drip coffee and iced tea. As a Business Hotel, the Room size and view are modest, but it is clean and perfectly suitable for business trips or solo travel. Highly recommended! There is also a large public bath, which was very satisfying. Thank you for your hospitality, and I look forward to staying again!

    Conveniently located near the station

    Stayed for 2 nights for a live concert. Highly recommended if you're going to Kyocera Dome. You can travel back and forth without any crowds. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station. The Room was clean, bright, quiet, and well-maintained with good hot water flow—no inconveniences at all. I would love to stay here again next time! Slept soundly both nights (laughs). However, one thing that bothered me was the outside of the window glass being quite dirty. Since I enjoy looking out the window, it was a bit disappointing.

    The reception has a pleasant atmosphere.

    I made a reservation on short notice and stayed overnight. It's very easy to find, right near Awaza Station. The hotel is small, but the reception staff's smiles and service were excellent. The large public bath is available until 2 AM. I was able to use it after a leisurely dinner, and the hot water was soothing and relieved my fatigue. I also used it in the morning. There was a notice that a group was using the facilities, but during breakfast, although it was crowded, it wasn't noisy, and I enjoyed a peaceful and delicious meal. I think everything was well-organized. Thank you very much.

    Safe for solo female travelers

    I think it's a safe location for a woman alone, as it's a 1-minute walk from Awaza Station and faces a main road (though it felt a bit lonely on Sundays with fewer cars). The room key is a card type, and a passcode is required for the public bath, so the security was good. There are also three elevators, which I think is sufficient for the number of rooms. There was no waiting for the elevator during breakfast or checkout. The breakfast was simple but satisfying for a business hotel. I went to a nearby Japanese restaurant for dinner, but there are many supermarkets around, so having a meal in the room is also an option. The public bath on the top floor is clean, and you can enjoy a relaxing bath while taking in the outside view (it doesn't seem to be an onsen). The room is equipped with basic amenities and a hairdryer, and I was pleased with the thoughtful addition of a larger air purifier and deodorant spray. This time, it was a sale price, and considering the accommodation fee, it was an incredibly satisfying stay with the best cost performance.

    Great service!

    When I exited the nearest exit of the Metro Sennichimae Line, I could already see the hotel's sign, so I reached it without getting lost. The front desk staff were all smiling, providing a pleasant service that warmed my heart. The room seems to have been around for a number of years, but the welcome message and origami crane made me feel like a valued guest, which was delightful. The large public bath had several types of shampoo and conditioner in addition to the standard ones, allowing me to choose my favorite, which was nice. Although the room had a minor issue (broken washlet), it was not inconvenient, and I was lucky to stay at a good price! Thank you very much.

    The front desk service was terrible.

    I was very disappointed with the intimidating way the front desk woman spoke, talking over people's statements, and my hotel trip turned into an unpleasant experience from the start. I never want to stay at a hotel group that judges customers by their appearance again, and I won't recommend it to others. Perhaps because the old facility is used by a small number of people, I found it inconvenient that I had to bring my room towel to the large public bath, and at the start of breakfast time, there was a line, making it difficult to cut into the buffet. This hotel advertised that you can earn Ponta points, with banners and advertisements, but it turns out that you can only earn points if you make a reservation by calling the hotel directly, and online applications are not eligible. I thought, in this day and age, there's no need for such business-oriented conditions...

    The listed price was a birthday discount, not the usual rate. The discount details were written in small print, so I didn't notice and proceeded to complete the reservation. As a result, I was charged on-site. Also, the walking time to the station differs from the time to the platform, and it actually takes quite a while to get on the train.
