  The Facility is outdated.

  Nowadays, it’s unacceptable to have separate hot and cold taps that you have to turn and adjust yourself. At checkout, staff should be aware of guests’ presence, so having guests just drop the room key card into a box and leave feels like a lack of hospitality. Since the Facility is outdated, the service should be more attentive and professional.

  Thank you for your patronage.

  I stayed at Route Inn Hotel for the first time in a while. Customer Service... was kind and courteous. Room... was full of cleanliness and well-organized, allowing me to use it comfortably. Meal... I made a reservation with breakfast included, and I am very satisfied with the volume of this breakfast. I look forward to staying again if I have the opportunity.
