    Although it was too ...

    Although it was too hot to sleep, I appreciated the quiet environment. The Shuttle Service was kind and attentive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options—so many that it was hard to choose—and I was satisfied.

    The night view and breakfast buffet are delightful.

    A hotel near the Kanmon Strait, less than a 3-minute drive from JR Mojiko Station. Arriving in the evening, I was immediately captivated by the stunning bridge and night view of the Kanmon Strait. The building itself is quite old, and the room uses a key-insert locking system. Once accustomed to it, it’s not inconvenient. One of Route Inn's attractions is its large public bath. The women’s bath requires entering a daily key number for access, ensuring solid security. Additionally, with the public bath located on the top floor, I could enjoy both bathing and breathtaking night views—something unique compared to other accommodations. The breakfast buffet included traditional New Year dishes as my stay coincided with early January holidays. There were so many options that one night wasn’t enough to try everything! In the morning, I enjoyed an incredible view of Kanmon Strait's serene scenery. The parking lot is spacious and free of charge—a great bonus! Located within Mojiko Retro District, this accommodation makes me want to visit again for sightseeing. Thank you for hosting my stay!

    Great value for money!

    Great value for two guests. The outdoor parking lot is covered, which is a plus. The Facility is old but clean and well-maintained, so no issues. Complimentary drinks (hot coffee and tea) are available in the lobby, and there is an ice machine on the 9th floor. A convenience store is within walking distance nearby.

    The facility is old...

    The staff provided good service, and the room was clean. However, the inconvenience due to the age of the facility and a sense of disappointment compared to other business hotels were undeniable. During my stay on an extremely hot day, the air conditioning was not turned on upon entering the room, and even after turning it on, it did not work effectively. The small size of the glass cups in the guest room also seemed puzzling. On the top floor's large public bath, approaching the window to view the sea gave a feeling that one could be seen from below, which felt like a missed opportunity given such a great location. Breakfast included local specialties like croquettes and baked curry, which were both delicious. I stayed for a sports event held in Kokura; considering it was a Saturday with an event happening and being located in Moji Port—a tourist spot—the price seemed reasonable overall.

    The location is perfect as a gateway to Kyushu.

    I stayed here again this year following last year. The lack of an auto-lock was not an issue for me. It was sufficient and satisfactory. There was plenty of parking space, and I could also park my motorcycle.

    The value for money was excellent.

    I chose this place for exploring the Mojiko area, and the value for money was excellent. The staff were very kind, and I especially appreciated the round-trip Shuttle Service to Mojiko Station during my exploration, which allowed me to use my time efficiently. The driver was also friendly and provided helpful information during the short ride! If you're visiting the Mojiko area, you can't go wrong with Route Inn Mojiko! Breakfast is free, so it's more than enough if you're not looking for luxury. It was fantastic!

    I had a relaxing stay.

    The facility felt a bit old, but it was clean and satisfying. The view of the sea from the 7th floor was also nice! The large bath on the 9th floor was almost empty, allowing for a private experience, which helped relieve the fatigue of the trip. It was disappointing that there were few options on the dinner menu. It would be appreciated if there were more set meals for those who don't drink alcohol. I would like to use it again if I have the chance, and the shuttle service was helpful as I was tired and barely made it to the station.
