  The bath was excellent.

  The bath was great. It was nice to have a large public bath, which is rare for a Business Hotel. The Room was spacious compared to other Business Hotels. The breakfast buffet was average.

  Satisfaction/Meals and Large Public Bath

  I frequently use this place for motorcycle touring. The large public bath is very helpful in warming up the body during the cold season. The washbasin in the guest room feels a bit old, but it is kept clean. Also, the staff at the breakfast venue are always wonderful, making it a pleasant experience every time. A wide variety of dishes are prepared early in the morning, and the rice is delicious and excellent.

  Delicious meal

  The breakfast was delicious and the Room was very clean, allowing me to stay with peace of mind. I would like to stay here again when I come back.

  1 night stay

  We used it for our trip from Yamagata to Fukushima. Since it's the reliable Route Inn, we always look for a Route Inn in the area for our stays. It was raining heavily that night, so we didn't go out for dinner and used the dining area inside the Route Inn. The male staff was very polite and courteous, and even said to us in our late 50s, "Please enjoy your girls' night out at your leisure." Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy our meal leisurely. I'm sorry I don't know your name! The room felt a bit old, but it was good. However, the faucet in the washroom didn't close tightly, and the water was trickling, which made the sound of water too noticeable at night. That was the only disappointment.

  ホスピタリティーは大事

  The service is very good!

  I stayed for two nights. The male staff member who assisted us at check-in was very kind and pleasant. Additionally, the other staff members were generally attentive and kind as well. The disappointing aspects were, first, the room door, which closed with a very loud noise when released, making it quite noisy. Next, the breakfast area was cramped, and the variety was limited, which was disappointing. Lastly, the public bath was also small and felt dirty. As I have mentioned several times, the staff's service was truly excellent, so I hope the disappointing aspects can be improved promptly.
