    Conveniently Located Near the Station · Large Onsen Bath

    I arrived at Hakata Station that evening and looked for a Hotel. When I exited from the front gate, I could see the Hotel name right away, so it was easy to find. It was also close to the station building for dinner, and the bus terminal was right in front, which made getting around very convenient. Breakfast had a limited selection, and I was a little disappointed that there were no Kyushu specialties. Since breakfast is free, it may be reasonable. The Facility feels a bit old, but the staff were helpful, and best of all there is an Onsen public bath where I could relax and enjoy a long soak.

    The Hotel was in a great location.

    The Hotel is close to the station, so even when it was raining, I could get there with hardly getting wet. The Room felt clean, and I was able to relax and enjoy the Onsen.

    You can get here from Hakata Station without getting wet in the rain.

    Following the access directions in the Reservation Confirmation Email (how to get there from Hakata Station), I was able to use a covered connecting walkway and reach the Hotel without getting wet in the rain. It was also a big plus that access is convenient both by Shinkansen (JR Hakata Station) and by plane (subway). Overall, everything else felt minimal and practical, and I was generally satisfied. If you’re on a business trip or sightseeing and only need the Hotel for sleeping, being able to enjoy the Onsen at any time and rest comfortably in a spacious bed is more than enough. Although it wasn’t listed in the Accommodation’s basic information, the large public bath had makeup remover and lotion. At breakfast, I saw someone drop their tray. Around stations where you serve items like miso soup or curry while holding dishes, it would be smoother if there were space to set trays down by arranging pots and other items accordingly, which would also help prevent lines from backing up.

    Conveniently located near the station and very satisfying.

    Near the Hakata Station bus terminal, it was easy to get around even on rainy days. The large public bath was also comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with options that suited both Japanese and Western tastes, and the morning curry was delicious. They also stored our luggage before check-in and after check-out, so I recommend it for anyone looking for a hotel close to the station.

    An older Hotel with great service and excellent access

    The staff were exceptionally courteous and quick to respond, which left a great impression. The location is very close to the station, and the pedestrian deck (elevated walkway) from the station is equipped with elevators and escalators, making it easy to get around even with large suitcases. While the building and interiors feel historic, when the air conditioner wasn’t working at check-in, the staff resolved it promptly. The water in the large public bath was a bit hot, and I’d be even happier if cleanliness could be improved a little more. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was very delicious. Overall, this is a recommended Hotel with great value for money as a base for both business and sightseeing.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    It’s very convenient, as Hakata Station is right in front of the property and there is a convenience store next door. The large public bath was also a good size and more than sufficient. However, the Room bed was stressful—the mattress pad? would slip out of place whenever I leaned against the wall or headboard, so I couldn’t relax at all. Also, the air conditioner was broken.

    Convenient access to the airport

    I chose this place for its convenient access to Fukuoka Airport. The building and the Room felt a bit old, but the bath was great. The front desk staff were also kind.

    I liked it because it is close to Hakata Station.

    Conveniently located near the Hakata Exit of JR Hakata Station. Unfortunately, due to a request from my family to return home early, I had to check out without having breakfast despite it being included. The service was excellent, and I would love to stay here again.

    Stayed at the accommodation for the first time on a business trip.

    The location near the station is excellent. We were given a corner Room on a high floor with a great view of Hakata Station. I was surprised to see the bathroom door's scratch covered with tape, so I deducted one star. The public bath is small, but since no one else was there, I could relax. There were various shampoo samples at the entrance, so I'd like to try them next time. Breakfast had more variety than expected. It's amazing that it's free of charge. Thank you very much!

    Stable Comfort

    Located in front of Hakata Station, it offers convenient access to various destinations. Equipped with an Onsen, it was quite hot outside, but I was able to relax and unwind in the Onsen. Even in the heat, stretching out and soaking in the Onsen is a great experience. As always, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I ended up eating too much—enough to skip lunch! (laughs) I am already a repeat guest and plan to continue staying here. Hopefully, the prices won't increase! (laughs)

    Excellent location!

    During the peak rainy season, it was great to be able to enter the Hotel without getting wet. The free breakfast was appreciated, though I wished there were a few more salad options. However, the taste of the food was excellent. I would like to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

    The bath was excellent.

    The Hotel offers natural Onsen, and I was very satisfied with the accommodation at a reasonable price. Breakfast was popular and crowded, so I couldn't go for a second round at the buffet, but the portion from the first round was sufficient.

    No issues for business purposes.

    This was my first time using this service, and overall, the quality is high. Breakfast was included, but it felt somewhat lacking. However, there seemed to be an issue with the soup server settings that a foreign staff member couldn't figure out. It appeared they intentionally left it in the wrong state until I pointed it out, after which they tried to fix it awkwardly. Unfortunately, this meant the soup server was unusable during breakfast hours. It seems that supervision and management of such details could be improved.

    A reliable Hotel

    Located right next to Hakata Station, the facility is well-equipped. Near Hakata Station, there are many shopping streets, and within the commercial facility adjacent to the station, there is a Kinokuniya Bookstore where I was able to purchase a book I had been searching for. It was great to finally find and buy it.

    Back in Hakata after a long time!

    Conveniently located near the newly transformed Hakata Station, the Hotel was easily accessible without getting wet, which was especially helpful as I had luggage. The front desk staff were bright and courteous—thank you for your kind assistance. Breakfast was average; I feel the dishes could better showcase the quality of Fukuoka's local ingredients.

    The bathroom is not very spacious. You can visit the basement restaurant wearing yukata sandals. The Kyushu cuisine was delicious. We hope for a wider variety of breakfast options.

    Wonderful

    I used it for an overnight stay before departing overseas. The front desk staff's welcoming attitude was pleasant. With its convenient location right in front of Hakata Station, it's perfect for both business and sightseeing. I was rejuvenated by the comfortable space and the large public Onsen with natural hot springs. The Facility has a retro feel, but it is well-cleaned, ensuring a comfortable stay.     It was really conven...

    It was really convenient, just a 1-minute walk from the station!! It's right next to the bus center!! I think you can get there without getting lost. However, I hope they resolve the issue of the tobacco room next to the front desk being too smelly, as it made even the front desk smell like tobacco. There is also a large public bath available until 2 AM, so if you just want to relax and sleep without using the Room's bath, it should be fine.

    Convenient and Comfortable

    The single Room is comfortably designed, and the large public bath is perfect for refreshing. The complimentary buffet breakfast is also delicious. Since the coin laundry is located in the large public bath, it cannot be used from 2 AM. If you plan to do laundry, it is advisable to plan accordingly.

    Trial Stays

    I did not use the partner's dinner or the breakfast in the hotel as I was staying the night before a medical check-up. I checked the amenities in the room and the large public bath on the hotel's website beforehand. As other reviews mentioned, the facility is aging, and the non-smoking room had an odor. The deodorant spray provided was very helpful. I stayed for the convenience of being able to walk to Hakata Station without getting wet and for the onsen. The locker in the large public bath was a retro facility where users set the combination by turning the dial, which I used for the first time. The shower was on the hotter side, and a single push would release a certain amount of water. The bathtub was at 40 degrees. The samue provided by the hotel was very faded, and since I wanted to cover my ankles, I bought a set of room wear for about 1,000 yen at a nearby clothing store and wore it. During my stay, possibly due to renovation work, other guests were informed that "rust might mix in the hot water." When I went to the room, there was no mineral water, but it was written that the water in the washroom was drinkable, so I tried it, and it seemed my room's water was rust-free, so I boiled it and drank it afterward. I stayed to see if it would be suitable for my son's exam next year. The desk seemed suitable for studying. Since I was alone this time, I enjoyed watching WOWOW, which I can't watch at home.

    Full of foreigners

    Stayed for 2 nights alone in a semi-double. Chose the simple cleaning option and got a can of beer, which was a pleasant offer. Satisfied with the Room and the large public bath, but there were many foreigners from China, Taiwan, and Korea. The breakfast venue and the area around the front desk were not calm.
