    Free breakfast

    I stayed for two nights on business. The bed was spacious, and the Room size was just right. What was disappointing was that the large public bath felt cramped with four people. Since there were four people on the first day, I used the bath in my Room instead. Breakfast had a variety of items that didn’t feel like it was free, and I was satisfied. It’s close to the station, and if I have the chance, I’ll stay again.

    A Hotel with excellent access right in front of the station

    This Hotel is in an excellent location right in front of Saga Station. The Room was spacious, and the large public bath was great. Above all, the staff were very courteous. I would definitely like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    This was my first stay, and the Hotel is conveniently located near Saga Station. There is also a bus terminal nearby for buses from the airport. Breakfast is free, with a wide variety of options, and it was delicious. The bath felt a bit small for what is described as a large public bath. Overall, it is a comfortable Hotel.

    Limited amenities

    I used this for a business trip. The location near the station is convenient. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the onsen or meals due to my schedule, but the service and room were average. Amenities were minimal, which might be inconvenient for those traveling light during business trips. It would be helpful if there were plans like a Ladies' Plan with enhanced amenities. Additionally, unlike other business hotels, there was no complimentary water provided in the room. The refrigerator required manual activation; it would have been better if it was turned on beforehand for reserved rooms.

    First visit to Saga City in years

    The facility at Dondon no Mori, about a 10-minute walk away, was used to attend university classes. Located right in front of Saga Station, it was easy to find without any confusion. The window faced the station side. Breakfast was buffet-style, but there were no fruits; it would be nice to have some even if it affects the price. Perhaps due to its location, the bathhouse on the first floor felt a bit small, though the water temperature was good. I may use this place again when visiting the city for university or other purposes in the future.

    I loved the city of Saga.

    The breakfast was delicious, especially the rice with wasabi and dashi broth. The bath was appreciated as a large public bath. It would be nice to have a more spacious changing area. One more point, please work on removing the lingering smell from previous guests in the Room. Even so, being right by the station makes me want to stay again.

    The phone inquiry before check-in was handled with courtesy and kindness. Although it was just a one-night stay, the staff's service was excellent throughout until checkout. The location is right in front of the station, making it very convenient for travel. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to use the large public bath this time. However, I will definitely use your services again when visiting Saga. Thank you very much.

    Business use, large public bath appreciated.

    Visited Saga for work. Initially planned for a two-night stay, but couldn't secure a reservation. Had a tentative hold at another hotel, but upon check-in, found out a multiple night stay was possible. Slightly more expensive, but contracted for a twin room for single use. The room was quite clean and spacious enough for one person to relax comfortably. The large bath and breakfast congestion can be checked on the TV monitor. The bath is not particularly large, with washing areas for up to four people. The bathtub is also proportionate. However, during the stay, it was not overcrowded and comfortable. Quite warming. Meals: For some reason, my stomach wasn't in the best condition during this business trip, and I wanted a gentle breakfast. I tried the "Ureshino Tea Porridge," but it was a bit disappointing. It wasn't warm, and the rice and tea didn't pair well. I noticed the dashi chazuke after the second day, but couldn't try it, which was unfortunate. The breakfast buffet had a limited selection of vegetables and fiber-rich dishes, which was a bit disappointing. In terms of location from the station, ease of access, front desk service, room, and large bath, I think it's a hotel worth the cost.
