    Please refine it a bit more.

    When I first entered the Hotel, I noticed an unpleasant smell. There was also a noticeable smell on the top-floor Onsen level... The Room was clean. When leaving, I had a lot of luggage and it was difficult to manage. Even though I had already checked out, the staff at the front desk did not offer any assistance or even speak to me... I would like to see more overall consideration and improvements.

    Please add more ice machines.

    It’s inconvenient that the ice machine is only on the top floor. We would appreciate it if you could add a few more. The large public bath was great.

    The room was understandably small, but the twin setup left very little space to move around, which was inconvenient. There was no outlet in the bathroom, so using the hairdryer had to be done in the room where space was limited.

    The single room had a spacious, comfortable bed. Next to the front desk, there was a sofa area with a complimentary self-serve coffee machine and newspapers. I only sat there briefly, but it felt like a comfortable space for business travelers.

    Points for Improvement

    The bath congestion status is displayed on a TV monitor, and it showed "not crowded," but all the showers were in use, and there were two people waiting for showers. While there may be a time lag in updates, those waiting for showers had no choice but to stand and wait. It would have been better if it was displayed as "crowded." Other than that, I was satisfied.

    The access from the station was convenient.

    The room had a strong odor, but it became less noticeable after using the air purifier. The cleaning staff's tone was quite harsh, which surprised me. However, the access from the nearest station was convenient.

    Repeat stay.

    This hotel offers great value for money. I am staying in a twin smoking room. For this accommodation cost, there is a large public bath, delicious breakfast, well-stocked amenities, newspapers available, and coffee in the lobby—very satisfying. If I may be picky, it would be nice to have a view from the window. It seems there are such rooms available, but perhaps not for twin smoking rooms? I would love to stay here again.

    It was a good Hotel.

    Stayed in a twin room. Since it was a smoking room, my husband was happy he didn’t have to go to the smoking area. The room was small, and the view from the window was blocked, making it hard to keep track of time, but considering the cost-performance of the accommodation fee, there’s nothing to complain about. There is also a public bath (not very spacious), which was satisfying. Having a clock in the public bath would be helpful. I didn’t have high expectations for breakfast, but it was delicious. I made another reservation.

    Close to the station, the staff's service is courteous and excellent. The interior showed some wear and tear on the wallpaper due to age.

    It was very clean and nice.

    There is a large public bath, so I used it. It is larger than the room bath, so I could stretch my legs and relax. Like the room, the large public bath was also well-cleaned, and I had a very pleasant stay. I would like to stay again.

    Close to the station, with a spa, affordable and very satisfying.

    Stay with the Early Check-in Plan. The front desk staff's service was excellent, leaving a great first impression. The amenities were plentiful, and although the spa was small, the bath was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included, making it a very satisfying and reasonably priced stay.

    I stayed for a business trip. The cost performance is good, and the location is convenient, so I find it very useful when working in Yokohama.

    Relax at the Onsen

    For attending a conference, I stayed in a single room on the first night and a twin room with a friend on the second night. I thought moving from the single to the twin room might be a bit of a hassle, but fortunately, there was availability, so I was able to use the twin room from the first day. I appreciate the staff's thoughtfulness. The room was compact, but the large public bath was extremely pleasant, and both my friend and I were very satisfied. I would definitely like to use it again when I go to Yokohama. Thank you very much!
