    We had a relaxing stay.

    The room was very clean, and it was quiet and comfortable. The large public bath was relaxing, and the staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast was also delicious. It was an excellent Hotel with great value for money.

    Great location.

    Hirosaki Station and the Hirosaki Station bus stop are right in front of the Hotel, making it convenient for getting around the city and heading out toward Mt. Iwaki! The market within walking distance from the Hotel is also a great bonus—the location was excellent. The staff who cleaned our Room seemed sincere and unobtrusive, which made us feel calm and comfortable. Thank you very much.

    What a waste.

    The male front desk staff, though seemingly experienced, did not meet the minimum standard of customer service. It left an unpleasant impression. While I was satisfied with the price and facilities, it was disappointing overall. One individual significantly impacted the overall experience negatively. This was my first time staying at Route Inn, but I will not be using it again in the future.

    Close to the station with the added benefit of a large public bath.

    Close to the station, clean, and comfortable Hotel. The all-day accessible large public bath is very appealing. This is definitely a place I would like to stay again when visiting Hirosaki. It would be even better if local dishes from Hirosaki or Aomori Prefecture were available for breakfast.

    Internet connection may be unstable.

    I stay at this Hotel every year, and while there are usually no issues, the internet connection this year was extremely poor. It was difficult to even open Google properly, and sending emails was a challenge. The situation was the same whether using WiFi or a LAN cable. As a Business Hotel, an unreliable internet connection makes it difficult to work from the Hotel. No matter how good other services are, if the internet remains unstable, I will have to consider staying at another Hotel in the future. Since many international guests also seem to stay here, I strongly urge immediate improvement of the internet connection.

    Front Desk Service

    I arrived at the Hotel before 3 PM, so I thought it might be too early to check in, but I was able to. There were other guests, so the front desk staff seemed busy. However, their service was excellent.
