    The bed is firm.

    The service was satisfactory, but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, which caused back pain and lack of sleep. I would like an improvement.

    It exceeded our expectations.

    I used the Plan with breakfast included. The staff provided excellent service, and I was very satisfied with the breakfast. When I was troubled by a persistent cough, they kindly offered me cough medicine, showing perfect attentiveness. I believe this Hotel offers more value than its price.
