  It was an exceptionally comfortable stay.

  I have been on business trips to Nobeoka several times and stayed at other Accommodations, but this was my first time staying at Route Inn. The Room size, the large public bath, and the breakfast were all excellent, and I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

  Damp bath towel

  When I arrived at the Hotel and was about to take a bath, I took out a bath towel and found that it was still damp and not fully dried. I brought it to the front desk, and they replaced it. I’m not sure whether it got wet during bathroom cleaning or if it hadn’t been dried properly in the first place, but unfortunately it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

  Thank you very much for choosing Hotel Route-Inn Nobeoka Ekimae from among the many Hotels available. We also sincerely appreciate you taking the time after your stay to share your feedback. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the bath towel provided in your Room being damp, when you should have been able to relax after your arrival. In addition, although we should have delivered a replacement to your Room, we are truly sorry that we caused you further trouble by asking you to come to the front desk. Please accept our sincere apologies. As you pointed out, we will promptly investigate whether it was splashed by shower water or whether it had not been sufficiently dried at the time of linen delivery. We are keenly aware that our pre-arrival checks were inadequate, and we are truly ashamed of this oversight. We take your comments very seriously and will share them with our housekeeping supervisor and all staff. We will review our handling of linens and strengthen final inspections of guest Rooms to prevent a recurrence.   Simple and sufficient, no complaints.

  Despite being during the middle of Golden Week, this place is budget-friendly and offers great value—no complaints here. In fact, I stayed here about four years ago, so I already had an idea of what to expect, which made it even better. However, please note that there is no dedicated motorcycle parking. You’ll need to park in a space that doesn’t obstruct others or use the car parking area cautiously. (From observation, it seems there’s only enough space for about 10 scooters.)
