    Prompt service

    Perhaps due to the age of the Facility, there was an issue where the drain clogged and wastewater backed up, but they came quickly and handled it promptly. I would like to stay again.

    The Facility is not new, but it is clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we were satisfied with the local Miyazaki specialties. The restaurant staff were also kind.

    Reliable Route Inn service. Breakfast was enjoyable, with Miyazaki gyoza and hiyajiru available. The dining staff were also kind. The large public bath was well cleaned and very sanitary. The location is near a relatively busy intersection for Miyazaki. It seemed there is a multi-story parking garage available for guests during their stay. 　At the time of my stay, another hotel from a different chain was under construction right in front, and the work was clearly visible from the room.

    The Room we first entered had a slight odor, so we contacted the front desk and they immediately changed our Room. Their quick response was very helpful. They also kindly guided us to the parking lot, which was great. As expected, Route Inn is always reliable.

    Many hotels classified as Business Hotels these days can feel somewhat impersonal, but here the front desk was properly staffed by two people, and the kind of standard service that used to be taken for granted was well maintained. I also appreciated the thoughtful details, such as having both disposable slippers and slippers that can be worn in the breakfast venue.

    During the severe cold wave, I stayed at this accommodation, but what was with that toilet? The seat was cold—how is that even possible these days? The toilet itself doesn’t have basic functions! And the bidet—what era is it from? I’ve never seen one like that before. Unless the entire bathroom is renovated, there won’t be any repeat guests. Since it’s a Route Inn, I thought staying here would be fine as usual, but it turned out to be disappointing. The location is great, yet... I suggest staff and management try staying at their own hotel once. You’ll surely realize: this Route Inn in Miyazaki might rank the lowest among all Route Inns in Japan... Also, promoting WOWOW on TV made me laugh—it’s the age of streaming services now! Guests want a variety of programs to choose from—that’s our need as customers. If you don’t upgrade your TVs too, you’ll fall behind the times. Thanks to this situation during my stay, I ended up watching Netflix on my smartphone instead. It left me feeling frustrated somehow...

    First time using this service.

    The best satisfaction is the location. Conveniently located in the heart of Miyazaki's downtown, making everything easily accessible. The free breakfast was also satisfying with a wide variety of options. The only dissatisfaction was the public bath. While it is a rare feature for a Business Hotel, the capacity felt insufficient compared to the hotel's accommodation size (especially at the washing area), which was slightly disappointing. Overall, high points for location, and I would like to use this Hotel again.

    Great value for money!

    We use this place every year in Miyazaki. The bath can be a bit crowded, but the free meals have a wide variety and are excellent, and the Room is very spacious.

    No problem for single female guests.

    Stayed in early November 2025, in a non-smoking room on the 9th floor. (Although I booked a double room, I was assigned to a more spacious twin room located at the end of the same floor without any explanation during check-in; I only realized this upon entering the room.) Having stayed at several other Route Inn accommodations in different prefectures, this one stands out for its renovated and exceptionally clean facilities. The bed was also very clean. The bathroom inside the guestroom is a typical business hotel unit bath, but using the large public bath solves any issues. While it’s a bit of a walk from JR Miyazaki Station, this hotel is located in an area that serves as the city’s downtown district, making it more convenient than staying near the station. There’s also an airport bus stop nearby, so if you’re on a sightseeing trip, staying near the station may not necessarily be essential.

    It was my first private trip to Miyazaki, and I was lucky with decent weather, allowing me to visit most of my desired destinations. I chose a Plan with breakfast included, and the food was so delicious that I ended up overeating. My partner especially loved the local chilled soup and enjoyed it both mornings during breakfast. However, the bath was a bit small, which was slightly disappointing. If I have another chance to stay, I'll definitely consider coming back.

    Please improve the check-in process.

    I used this Hotel last year and made a reservation online, but I was still required to fill in my address and name at check-in. On the day, there was a group of about 20 people forming a line, which took 20–30 minutes. Most other Hotels only require a signature, so I hope this can be improved.

    It is a good Hotel.

    I think the Hotel is good as a typical Business Hotel. The complimentary meals had a sufficient variety and were good. Except for the slightly old washlet in the Room, the bath on the top floor was also nice.

    The location of the parking lot was hard to find, and I was confused as I was only told that it was at the back. It was disappointing that the person in charge of the parking lot spoke in a commanding tone. The staff member in charge of the breakfast venue (a woman) was friendly and helpful with a smile.
