    We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the forgotten item.

    I stayed on October 31. Although breakfast was included, I left the hotel around 3 a.m. due to other commitments. In my rush, I forgot the power cable for my laptop in the room. I contacted the front desk before 7 a.m. after arriving home and requested it to be sent via cash-on-delivery. The staff were very polite, and I was surprised that they even covered the shipping cost in advance for me. Thank you so much for your help! I stay in Tsuruoka two to three times a year, and I always choose Route Inn for accommodation there. Thank you again!

    The large bath is excellent.

    It's great to have a large bath in a Business Hotel. Moreover, it's an artificial Onsen. I was able to relax and unwind. I thought breakfast wasn't included, but I was lucky to receive a voucher for a buffet breakfast.

    Please do not require handwritten registration for online reservations.

    Although the access from Tsuruoka Station is convenient, the Hotel itself is average. The breakfast buffet mainly consisted of pre-made scrambled eggs and fried items. While bread seems to be a highlight, it would have been nice to see some local Yamagata ingredients included.

    Close to the station.

    The parking lot is small and limited, so you may need to park at a distant location. For guests arriving by car, we recommend checking in early. The second parking lot is dimly lit and less convenient. The women's bath area has only four washing stations, which might be insufficient during busy times. Additionally, the bath access card must be borrowed from the front desk; a code system would have been more convenient.

    The breakfast is delicious.

    The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I stayed for two nights, and the menu changed daily, so it never got boring. The taste of the pork miso soup, curry, rice, and bread was amazing! The public bath is not very large but very relaxing. The bed was spacious and comfortable to sleep on. The coffee in the lobby was also excellent. I will definitely use Route Inn again!

    It was great.

    Route Inn offers a reliable experience. The entire facility is well-cleaned, and the bath was spotless. Conveniently located near the station, making it easy to go out for meals. I would love to stay here again.

    Reliable and Comfortable Route Inn

    I stayed here during my trip to Tsuruoka. The room was clean and comfortable. The artificial Onsen was satisfactory. Breakfast exceeded its value for the price. I would stay here again.

    Stable Route Inn

    Necessary and sufficient as a business hotel! The reliable Route Inn. Highly rated for its large public bath, especially the morning bath! Particularly appreciated in December in Yamagata Tsuruoka. If I had to point out a flaw, it would be the toothbrush. The bristles should be finer. I used my own.
