  The service was courteous and attentive.

  The front desk staff were polite, kind, and provided clear explanations. We were offered American coffee at check-in and check-out, and it was refreshing and delicious. The Room was also very clean. I would like to stay here again when I visit Ashikaga.

  Stayed with the No Meals Included plan the day before a golf round. Had a comfortable stay with no particular complaints.

  The location is excellent, and I would like to stay here again when I visit Ashikaga. Having a bath on the first floor is a great feature!

  Used during an otaku trip.

  Convenient location close to the station, perfect for sightseeing. The large public bath was a great way to warm up during a winter trip. The staff were kind and accommodating. While shampoo and other amenities are available in the Room, items like lotion are only provided in the public bath area, so please take note. For women, the system requires exchanging your Room key card for a bath key card at the front desk, with lockers available for valuables—making it safe even for solo travelers. Occasionally, there was some noise from the water pipes in the Room, but I slept soundly due to exhaustion. A reliable and comfortable business hotel experience!

  Creaking noise

  The bed creaks loudly, making it uncomfortable. It squeaks with every turn.
