    This was my second stay, and it was very comfortable. One of the highlights is the delicious bread at Route Inn’s breakfast. I’d like to stay again.

    We stayed at this Hotel for a trip to Gujo Hachiman as a couple. It was reasonably priced and well-equipped, so we were very satisfied. We plan to stay again in May.

    It would be even better if mineral water were provided.

    Regarding dinner, since we brought our own food, we ended up wanting to drink more water than expected. Although it said tap water was drinkable, we still felt hesitant, and having to go down to the first floor to buy water from the vending machine was inconvenient. We were satisfied with the price overall, but it would have been nice if bottled water had been provided.

    I use it every time for work.

    I use it every time for work in Seki City. This is my second time since the annex was built, and as expected, the new Hotel is comfortable. It seems to be slightly spacious for a Business Hotel. The bath is not cramped like in the Room, and it's enjoyable to relax and soak in it. The meals might be better at another Hotel. I choose Route Inn Hotel for its accommodation fee and sense of security.

    It was conveniently ...

    It was conveniently located along our travel route, so we happened to book it, and it was great. We booked a Comfort Room, and it was clean and comfortable enough for the price. The hotel was new and clean, the bed was comfortable, the parking lot was spacious and easy to park in, and the bathroom was larger than expected, with shampoo and conditioner provided. There was also a laundry room, allowing us to relax without any worries. However, the area leading to the Hotel is dark at night due to the lack of streetlights. I saw a comment from someone saying it was difficult to walk from the station to the Hotel, and it's not the kind of atmosphere for a young woman to walk from the station at night, haha. It seems safer to go during daylight hours or use a taxi.

    Stays after a long time

    I have used this property many times, but after a gap of about 10 months, I stayed again after a long time. I was satisfied this time as well! I always stay in the annex, and the cleaning is thorough, allowing for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. It's nice that there are two baths for men. This time, I had the bath all to myself. The water temperature was just right, warming my body and allowing me to relax. I will continue to use this property when I visit Seki.

    It was a Plan with breakfast, but it was disappointing that there was no yogurt. There were only tea or coffee as warm drinks after meals, which was tough for those who prefer tea. Although I stayed in a separate building, the Room was spacious and clean. Whether it was a malfunction or not, I couldn't check the congestion status of the large public bath or the breakfast venue from the TV screen, and it often differed from the guidance, which was confusing.

    Comfortable!

    I used it for a pre-stay before visiting a friend's house. The parking lot is spacious, and there are several washing machines and dryers. Microwaves and ice are also available. The room has chairs and a table for dining, and I am very satisfied with this room for this accommodation fee. However... At breakfast, the milk in the pitcher was empty, so when I asked for a refill, the staff brought only about 1/4 of the total pitcher capacity. When my husband, I, and a woman who was also waiting poured a cup each, the milk in the pitcher was empty... Naturally, those waiting behind us who wanted milk had to wait until the next refill. I think the refill amount is a bit low. Surprisingly, many people drink milk in the morning. This is the only point I would like to see improved. I will probably stay again next time, so I would be happy if it is improved. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The bed was fluffy and spacious, and the Room was clean. It was nice that parking was free. It would have been better if there were two card keys.

    Satisfied with the Business Hotel

    This is my third time using this service. The cleanliness is excellent, the bath is spacious and relaxing, and the cost performance is good. The customer service is polite, and I would like to use it again.
