    We had a comfortable stay.

    The Annex staff have a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. In particular, the foreign staff member who assisted us at check-in was polite and warm, which we really appreciated. Thank you very much. We stayed as a couple in a triple room; it was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were also well stocked. The location is convenient, and we would like to stay again. Next time, we’d like to try the breakfast as well.

    This was my first time staying here. The Reviews were good, and although it seemed a bit far from the station, I chose it based on the price as well. Because there is a covered passageway, I didn’t get wet in the rain, but in summer it was pretty tough since there was no air conditioning partway along. From the JR ticket gates, it takes about 10–15 minutes. The staff at check-in didn’t smile and their service felt minimal. After picking what I wanted from the amenities bar and entering my Room, even when I turned on the light near the door, only the entrance area became bright. Even after turning on all the lights around the bed, what seemed like a main ceiling light never came on. Since I couldn’t find it, I asked the front desk and was told there isn’t one… (the person on the phone was kind). Surprised that it would stay dim, I borrowed a desk lamp—but it was still dark. When I went to take a bath to reset my mood, I found mold between the wall and bathtub and around the rubber seal. It looked like it would bother me even if I soaked in the tub, so I didn’t fill it and used only the shower. The shower water pressure was also so low that my arm got tired while rinsing off. The Room itself had decent space and the bed was clean. It was a corner Room with large curtains, so I thought opening them in the morning would make it bright. But when I opened them, more than half of what they covered was just wall—it felt like they were trying to make it look like there were large windows—so that was disappointing again. For breakfast buffet, we went to another building and enjoyed eating on an upper floor. There were enough options, but it felt smaller than expected. If you’re dining alone, you can likely enjoy your meal with a view at one of counter seats by window. There is one other point as well; however; however; however; however; however; however; however. Since this trip included my sister coming from far away,, overall there were many disappointing points,, so my rating is low.. However,, if you’re not too particular,, there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby,, so you may be fine..

    Step between the bathroom and toilet area

    Although it was described as renovated (e.g., wallpaper), the bathroom still had an old-style step up. Getting into the bathtub required lifting my leg high, which put a lot of strain on my legs. Only the shower head had been upgraded to a ReFa model, and that part was comfortable.

    Breakfast was disappointing.

    Due to rising food costs, there is less fruit available. We would also like to have fresh juice.

    Great location!

    This is my third stay. The accommodation has an attached parking lot and is within walking distance to Shinjuku Station, making it very convenient. The room is compact but equipped with all the essentials, which is sufficient for just sleeping. However, hotel prices in Tokyo, especially around Shinjuku, have been rising, which is my only complaint. Affordable business hotels are becoming scarce, and it's quite inconvenient.

    Front Desk Service

    The front desk service was very disappointing. There are many foreign guests, and the staff were inflexible, making the experience quite unpleasant.

    Almost there!

    There are no vending machines, not even on each floor of the Hotel. It's a bit inconvenient to have to go all the way to the convenience store in the main building. Also, while furniture placement may vary by Room, in this particular Room: - The refrigerator was located farthest from the bed. - The TV was also far away. - There were no power outlets near the headboard area. It felt like an old Room that had been forcibly renovated... The staff members were very kind and helpful!

    The room was different from the photos, which was a bit disappointing, and the room was full of hair, making me think it hadn't been cleaned. When I borrowed a lint roller and used it, I removed a large amount of hair about five times. Additionally, there were clumps of hair in the bathroom as well, which was terrible. Considering that it cost over 35,000 yen per night (around 76,000 yen for two nights), it was quite disappointing compared to the photos. However, the next day they responded properly; there was no more hair and having a washing machine available was convenient. Overall, the Hotel itself felt old. If it had been up to 25,000 yen per night, I might have been able to tolerate it.

    Quiet, spacious, and comfortable Room

    Recently, my mother stayed with a relative at the accommodation. While the facility was not brand new, it was clean, spacious, and offered a quiet room without any noise from the road. She initially found the pillow in the room too low but discovered extra pillows available for borrowing near the elevator, which was very helpful. She also appreciated receiving amenities like bath additives and face masks at the front desk. It seems she had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although it is located slightly away from the station, access to the main building through an underground passage during bad weather was convenient. Having a convenience store on the first floor of the main building was also very handy. We would love to stay again!

    I had sent my suitca...

    I had sent my suitcase in advance, but it couldn't be found, and I was kept waiting at the front desk for about 30 minutes. Even then, it wasn't located, and I was told to go to my Room for the time being. Later, when I went to the Room of my family, who had checked in earlier, I found that they had received my suitcase. It is strange to hand over a suitcase addressed to me to my family (as we had made separate Reservations), and if it was given to them, I should have been informed. I hope the front desk staff and luggage management can be more reliable.

    The essential services are provided.

    Both the main building and the annex have a lot of foreign staff, but the staff at the annex were more polite and natural in their language. The Room cleaning was thorough, and the bed was clean. There is space to store large suitcases on the floor with the front desk.

    It would have been better without breakfast.

    Check-in was smooth, and there was no noise from other rooms, which was good, but the Room layout was different. Only the bathroom was unusually spacious, leaving no room around the bed. The TV was in a corner of the Room and couldn't be seen from the bed. The refrigerator was also tilted.

    The room was more spacious than I imagined, which was nice.

    I stayed in a Standard Twin Room for just under 30,000 yen on a weekday in early November. The bathroom was a unit bath, but the room was more spacious than I imagined, which was nice. I think the service was quite minimal, but considering the location and price, I was satisfied. However, it was unfortunate that there were occasional thumping noises, possibly footsteps or cleaning sounds, from the upper floors. Well, it was within an acceptable range though...
