    Ideal Accommodation for Comiket

    Every time Comiket came around, I really wanted to stay here, but I could never get a Reservation and ended up booking other nearby Hotels. This time, I finally got to stay. It was close to the waiting line, and the room size and Facility were more than enough if you’re just coming back to sleep. It’s not enough to lower my rating, but there was a light layer of dust on the humidifier, so it would be good to wipe it down. I hope I can book again someday. Thank you very much.

    Everything was in order.

    It was slightly above average—neither particularly good nor bad. Nothing stood out, but there were no complaints either. The clean Room and the TV that allowed us to watch various streaming apps were nice touches.

    The Room with wooden flooring is not very appealing.

    I didn’t realize until I entered the Room, but it had a bed mattress placed directly on the wooden floor. Hair was noticeable on the floor, and seeing someone else’s hair left there was disappointing.

    Although we had requested a twin Room, the beds were very comfortable and we had a pleasant stay.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    The Room has been renovated, and it was cleaner than my previous stay, making it very comfortable. I arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time, but they handled check-in right away, which was very helpful. I would like to stay here again.

    It’s too hot to fall asleep.

    I was told that all the air conditioning is set to heating only. Seriously, even though it has gone over 24°C this spring? When I asked what I should do if it gets hot, they said they could lend me a fan. These days, you should be able to switch between cooling and heating depending on the day’s temperature. The hallway was kept at a comfortable temperature, so it’s not like it can’t be done. As expected, it was hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Even if it feels fine at first, after taking a bath the sweat doesn’t go away. It’s disappointing because the Room itself wasn’t bad. There are McDonald’s, Cocos, and Daily Yamazaki outside the Hotel, and it’s nice that you can get there without getting wet even when it rains.

    It was excellent.

    Close to the live venue, the twin Room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was convenient to charge devices with both outlets and USB ports available. Amenities included items like lotion, making it comfortable for women as well.

    First-time visit to the restaurant. The person at the entrance was replaced by an older gentleman who guided us, but his attitude was extremely poor and rude. It left a bad impression even before being seated, lowering my mood from the morning.

    The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom, probably the shower curtain, had an unpleasant smell which was disappointing.

    Very good Hotel. Would love to stay again.

    The room cleanliness has been criticized, but the breakfast is appealing. The rates are reasonable. If cleanliness is a concern, bringing cleaning supplies like alcohol, detergent, and towels can help. Though the facility is old, it has quality materials. With some effort, the unit bath can be restored to a hygienic state. The drainage system in the bathroom works efficiently without leaving any unpleasant feeling underfoot. There was no odor from the drain either. Some areas required cleaning attention; for example, chairs had stains that were difficult to remove even with thorough cleaning efforts using detergent and alcohol. It’s recommended to use a towel as a cover if needed or request extra towels from the hotel. While some may not mention it often, frequent travelers sometimes clean rooms themselves before use for added comfort. The towels had an unusual scent that might not appeal to everyone—possibly due to storage conditions or age—but overall this Hotel shows potential with proper care and maintenance!

    Cleaning Issues and Response

    This was my first stay, and I was shocked by the lack of cleanliness. There were children's handprints on the windows and TV, and the air purifier looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. It was in a state where I didn't even want to touch it. The bed light had mismatched colors that made me feel uncomfortable, and there was severe mold in the bathroom. Considering this stay cost 30,000 yen with breakfast included, it felt far from worth the price. When I called the front desk to express my concerns, they said someone would come to assist. However, when they arrived, they only brought a single dry cloth. How did they plan to clean fingerprints or dirty sheets with just one dry cloth? As expected, they quickly left after saying "Please wait a moment." Since I had plans at that time, I told them before leaving: "I’ll be out now; please clean thoroughly while I'm gone. I'll make my own bed later—just leave one new sheet." When I returned later that day, the air purifier had been replaced with a cleaner one. However, the new sheet was placed on top of the foot throw—a fabric typically used for placing luggage or resting shoes directly on it. Not knowing if this is washed every time made me unwilling to use such sheets. Additionally, when trying to take a bath later that evening, I found an oily residue in the tub—it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Already undressed and with water running for my shower by then—I didn’t bother reporting further issues as dealing w/ complaints felt exhausting at this point—but honestly never experienced anything quite *this* bad before! A notice about May window cleaning services sat prominently atop desk space (unclear whether oversight/misprint). Even post-recleaning efforts failed addressing such glaring details overlooked repeatedly throughout stays duration itself... For comparison sake: Business Hotels priced around ~10k yen per night generally maintain higher standards both regarding room hygiene alongside staff professionalism alike! Ultimately though disappointed overall experience here given poor conditions coupled w/ subpar service response relative steep pricing charged (~30k), opted against raising further grievances upon checkout process completion instead moving forward quietly thereafter... On positive note however restaurant team serving breakfast deserves recognition commendable hospitality extended guests dining area!

    Breakfast is exceptional.

    The location and the staff's service were quite excellent, making for a very enjoyable stay. The highly-rated breakfast was also delightful, contributing to a meaningful travel and hotel experience. However, regarding the breakfast, the quality and variety of juices were slightly disappointing (fresh juice would have been appreciated).

    I have stayed here several times, and as always, the breakfast was excellent. I stayed in a Room with wooden flooring, and being able to stretch my legs was fantastic. I look forward to staying again with the same Plan! Thank you!

    Affordable Accommodation During Golden Week

    I made a last-minute reservation for Golden Week to visit Odaiba and Ariake. The location was convenient, being close to Rinkai Line and Yurikamome stations, as well as within walking distance of Ariake Garden. I didn’t have high expectations for the building itself, but the seafood rice bowl with unlimited salmon roe at breakfast delighted my children and left them very satisfied. Other dishes were also plentiful and delicious. Thanks to this stay, we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you very much!

    The importance of cleanliness guidance

    This was my second stay, and this time I stayed for three nights. The location is excellent, and the meals were delicious. However, while the visible areas seemed clean, I noticed that places like the top of the toilet (not easily visible) and hallway vents appeared neglected. These areas could potentially lead to bacterial infections or trigger allergies from house dust if left unattended for long periods. It might be difficult for on-site staff to understand why these areas need cleaning without proper explanation. I would appreciate it if management could inspect these issues and provide guidance accordingly. Please convey this feedback directly to the Hotel rather than treating it as a Review.

    It was very good!

    Overall, it was very good. It was my first time staying, but despite being busy, they kindly guided me through the check-in process, and the room had wooden flooring which made it very relaxing. The cleaning was thorough and everything was very clean. The child who stayed with me was also very satisfied. The night view was also beautiful and enjoyable. This time, there was no breakfast included, but next time I would like to stay with a luxurious breakfast included. I look forward to staying again.

    It is fatal for a Hotel if the bathroom and towels smell.

    I used it for a pre-stay before attending an event. I understand that the room is small and the Facility is old due to its age. However, I wonder if something can be done about the somewhat musty smell in the bathroom and the industrial oil-like smell lingering on the towels... With the accommodation prices soaring, considering the cost of labor, I felt that the quality does not match the price.

    I was drawn to the b...

    I was drawn to the breakfast buffet I saw in the reviews and decided to visit. In the seafood corner, there were large scallops lined up, and I made a luxurious seafood bowl with negitoro and salmon roe, which I enjoyed deliciously. I have used buffets at other hotels where you can enjoy seafood, but this was the first time I saw such large scallops and grilled scallops being served. It was very delicious. Since check-in was at 2 PM, I was able to relax and enjoy my time in the room. There were many other dishes I wanted to try, so I will visit again soon. Thank you for your hospitality.

    There are very few coin laundry facilities.

    Many of the front desk and cleaning staff are not Japanese, lacking in kindness and not very skilled in their work. I was very disappointed as I couldn't feel the unique Japanese "hospitality" at all. Additionally, there are few coin laundry facilities, they are always crowded, and not managed at all.
