    The Room was spacious. Since I didn’t have much time, I paid an additional fee and was allowed to enter the Room a little earlier. I appreciated the prompt assistance. Thank you.

    Is there no air conditioning during the mid-season?

    I stayed in a night-view Room. It was on the 13th floor, which is relatively low in this Hotel, but the view over Minato Mirai was beautiful. However, the downside was that the Room felt somewhat hot. That day, the outside temperature was 20°C, but when I asked, I was told that the Hotel can only set either cooling or heating for the entire building; during this season it is set to fan-only ventilation. Since it was far too warm for heating, it would have been better if they had set it to cooling—guests who felt cold could simply turn it off—but instead it ended up being an uncomfortably hot night. They will lend you a tower fan, but if you are sensitive to heat like I am, I do not recommend staying at this time of year. During clearly defined heating or cooling seasons, you can enjoy a beautiful night view at a relatively reasonable price.

    A relaxing 3-night, 4-day stay

    I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. I chose this Hotel because it is close to the station with easy access, and it offers a buffet-style breakfast. The room was clean and had a calm atmosphere, so I was able to relax throughout my stay. There are many sightseeing spots nearby, making it a convenient location for walking around. The peaceful Yokohama scenery while enjoying warm rice porridge and miso soup gently soothed my tired body. The quiet morning time was very comfortable and gave me a great start to the day. The breakfast offered a wide variety of both Japanese and Western options, which I also appreciated because I could enjoy it without getting bored even during a Multiple Night Stay. The staff were courteous as well, so I felt at ease during my stay. This is a Hotel I would like to use again when visiting Yokohama.

    I stayed here for a ...

    I stayed here for a work assignment at Pacifico Yokohama. The location is perfect for getting around—convenient for anywhere you need to go, with restaurants on-site so you won’t be inconvenienced. Dining areas such as Noge and Bashamichi are also within walking distance, which was very convenient. This is a Hotel I would like to use again.

    The view was amazing.

    I stayed here on a business trip. The views at dusk, at night, and in the morning were all wonderful. The adjacent building had many shops open late, so I was able to relax and enjoy a long chat with female coworkers who joined me later in the evening, then head straight back to the Hotel—overall, I was very satisfied.

    Conveniently located near the station

    I chose this place for its convenient location as I came to Yokohama with my mother in her 80s to visit my son. I was impressed with the Room offering a view of the night scenery. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious, so I would love to stay here again.

    The view was great, and it was very comfortable!

    I visited to celebrate my friend's birthday. Both my friend and I love anime characters associated with Yokohama, and we had the best night with a stunning view of Minato Mirai. Thank you so much!

    Service is not available for coffee lovers.

    The room provides one drip coffee and one Japanese tea, but free drinks are only available after registering as a member by 8 AM. It felt quite stingy for a Hotel. It would be nice to enjoy coffee without requiring membership registration. While the service is not bad, this alone makes it an undesirable Hotel.

    The night view is beautiful. The Hotel was comfortable.

    This was my first stay at this Hotel. The building might be a bit old, but it is very well-maintained. Amenities are available at the front desk, and I personally prefer this system. I was happy to find items like face masks, cooling sheets for feet, and bath additives. The staff were very attentive and approachable; they noticed me quickly and greeted me warmly. The bathroom is a unit bath, so I would rate it 3 stars—it can't be helped though. This time, my Room faced the Minato Mirai side, offering beautiful views in the morning and evening which I really enjoyed. Having a convenience store on the first floor was helpful, and although I didn’t use them this time, there are izakayas on the second and third floors which seem convenient as well. I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity!

    【Guest Rooms & Amenities】 The guest room was on the city side, not the ocean side, and located on the 21st floor. While I expected a decent view due to the high floor, a corporate building blocked most of the window's view. As a result, there wasn't much difference between lower and higher floors. In fact, being on a higher floor meant longer elevator wait times. For city-side rooms, any floor seems fine. The building has an irregular H-shape structure when viewed from above; rooms at the edges might offer slightly better views. Amenities were available in a self-service buffet style on the 5th-floor front desk area with an extensive selection that was very satisfying. 【Service】 At check-in, I was directed to use an automated machine; however, for two single bookings (1 person × 2 rooms), it couldn't process directly and displayed a message to proceed to the counter instead. A few staff members seemed engaged in discussions near terminals about how to handle this situation, resulting in considerable waiting time. Consequently, we were initially assigned extremely separated rooms (11th and 21st floors). Upon requesting changes due to this inconvenience, they struggled as all city-side rooms were fully booked but eventually managed to adjust both bookings onto the 21st floor—thank you for accommodating us! The lounge exclusive for hotel chain members had soft drink machines but lacked ice cubes—a minor disappointment—but taking coffee back from there allowed me not needing room drip-packages which could then be taken home conveniently. 【Onsen & Bath】 It featured standard business hotel unit baths with toilets attached; however short filling times made them convenient enough. 【Facilities】 Although not newly built anymore—it remained well-maintained through thorough cleaning efforts keeping everything neat throughout premises. 【Dining Experience】 Dinner restaurant services weren’t open except private reservations-only options unfortunately requiring alternative arrangements nearby across another hotel's buffet within walking distance instead used successfully here while breakfast buffets returned locally accessible again appreciated greatly amidst busy holiday periods where replenishment challenges arose later during peak hours yet avoided entirely arriving early right upon opening around six-thirty AM sharp enjoying highlights like tuna sushi/sashimi offerings despite occasional thawing delays understandable under such demand pressures overall satisfactory nonetheless! 【Satisfaction Level】 Despite price hikes driven by inbound tourism trends alongside public holidays compared against alternatives still delivered competitive value-for-money satisfaction levels achieved ultimately here positively noted comparatively speaking relatively reasonable costs involved accordingly justified expectations met sufficiently overall impressions favorable indeed! 【Overall Rating】 Excellent location remains key highlight ensuring memorable stay experiences aligning perfectly fulfilling needs/preferences effectively delivering desired outcomes comprehensively satisfying guests thoroughly!

    You can relax and unwind.

    The interior of the Room felt a bit dated, but it was conveniently close to the station, and the view of Minato Mirai from the window was absolutely stunning. I wonder if the view will no longer be enjoyable once the building under construction in front is completed. It would be such a shame.

    Night Views and Fireworks

    I stayed on August 4th. The fireworks and night view were very beautiful. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast. This year, the fireworks festival was canceled halfway through, but I would like to stay in a room with a night view again next year and watch the fireworks.

    Concerned about cleanliness?

    This was my first stay. The amenities were well-equipped, but I noticed hair on the ventilation fan on the ceiling of the unit bath, which made me concerned about cleanliness. Could this be checked? The front desk staff's communication was somewhat unclear due to limited language skills.

    This was my first time staying in accommodation during my visit to Yokohama. Although the bathroom and toilet felt a bit dated, the night view was beautiful, the location was close to the station, and there were many delightful facilities such as a face steamer and hairdryer in the ladies' room. The only downside was that the buttons on the nightwear were misaligned, making it difficult to wear. I would appreciate it if this could be checked. Overall, it is a very good hotel, and I would love to stay again.

    Enjoy a panoramic view of Minato Mirai.

    We used two rooms. The view overlooking the Minato Mirai scenery was truly impressive, with a location that allowed us to see the Ferris wheel and seaside buildings all at once. It was so captivating that we found ourselves gazing out the window repeatedly, forgetting about time. The room was compact but within expectations and had no particular issues. We also noticed that an extension cord was provided in the drawer. Amenities were self-service in the lobby, which could be slightly inconvenient if forgotten before heading to the room; however, as long as you are aware of this or do not need them, it is not a problem. Breakfast seemed to coincide with a Misaki Tuna Fair period, which we were looking forward to enjoying. The tuna had no unpleasant odor and tasted exceptionally delicious, allowing us to indulge in a luxurious morning experience. Additionally, despite making reservations through different sites, we greatly appreciated your flexibility in accommodating our request for "rooms close together." Even though we visited breakfast separately by room groups, you kindly seated us at the same table by a window with an excellent view where we could enjoy a relaxing time. On another note regarding service interaction during breakfast: although it was past closing time when we were still eating—something for which we acknowledge our fault—we felt uncomfortable due to how directly your tone conveyed "please leave quickly." Having previously worked on hotel breakfast service myself, I fully understand wanting to clean up promptly; however, more considerate wording would have left a better impression rather than discomfort. Overall though—the location and views are outstanding—and this accommodation offers high satisfaction in terms of convenience too! Being familiar with this hotel from years ago (having dined downstairs or shopped nearby 20 years back), staying here brought nostalgic joy while fulfilling long-held anticipation! If only there had been slightly warmer hospitality added into interactions—it might’ve made for an even more pleasant stay—but perhaps expecting such personal touches isn’t realistic anymore these days?

    The Room is non-smoking, but there is a smell of cigarettes.

    Double room with breakfast. The room is slightly small but sufficient for two people to sleep comfortably. However, despite reserving a non-smoking room, there was a smell of cigarettes, which was unpleasant. The shower in the bathroom had good water pressure and could be adjusted to high pressure, making it easy to wash your hair thoroughly. The breakfast menu included highlights such as roast beef, Misaki tuna sashimi, negitoro (minced tuna with green onion), tobiko (flying fish roe), grated yam, tuna sushi, and squid sushi. It was luxurious and satisfying from the morning with delicious options that paired well with rice.

    Location and Plan

    As the title suggests, the Plan included a Room with a night view, a souvenir, and late check-out. Everything was as expected, and I was able to stay at an affordable price. The interior showed signs of aging as anticipated, but I was satisfied while imagining that it would likely become more expensive if renovated.

    Even with a same-day Reservation, I was able to relax in a comfortable Room.

    Midweek, while having lunch with a friend in Shinjuku, we decided to stay overnight in Yokohama. Using IKYU.com, we searched for accommodations on the same day and were able to book this convenient accommodation near Sakuragicho Station. Check-in was smooth, and I was able to register as a member, allowing me to use the members-only lounge from that day onward, which was excellent. The view from the room was stunning, with the Ferris wheel beautifully lit up. Being located right by Sakuragicho Station made it very convenient for going out anywhere. There was also a convenience store on the first floor of the building where we could purchase snacks or drinks at night—very handy! Breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options; I enjoyed fresh sashimi in the morning—it was delicious! Even after check-out, I could relax in the members-only lounge with a drink, which was very helpful. I would love to stay here again if I visit Yokohama in the future.

    The facial masks and compress services were appreciated. The Room was clean and comfortable. However, depending on the season, the price is too high.

    Comfortable.

    Conveniently located near the station with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The staff at the Hotel are very accommodating, making for a highly satisfying stay. I always use the ladies' room, but it seems to be quite popular and competitive! (laughs) It would be great if more floors could be added.

    The night view is beautiful.

    I used it to participate in an event at Pacifico Yokohama. It was convenient as I could walk from the Minatomirai Station to the Hotel, and the nearest Sakuragicho Station is right in front. The women's only floor was reassuring, and I was pleased to find a hair iron and home esthetic equipment in addition to a hairdryer in the guest Room. On the day, there was a vacancy in a sea-side Room, so I could enjoy the beautiful night view, making it a memorable experience. I would definitely like to use this Hotel again.

    The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and the staff are very kind and accommodating.     Conveniently located near the station, the first floor of the Hotel has a convenience store and a Mos Burger Premium Restaurant, and there are also izakayas on the 2nd to 4th floors, making it very convenient. The Hotel staff were very kind and helpful, which was greatly appreciated. The Room was clean, and the beautiful night view from the Room window was superb. It is a Hotel I would like to use again.
