    It was good, but.

    There was no shampoo or body wash in the Room… I only realized after I’d already started showering, so I gave up and washed everything with hand soap—I ended up feeling like a stray cat, lol. I wondered if we were supposed to bring them from the amenity bar, but judging from the Hotel’s room description, they should normally be provided in the Room. The Room itself was quite clean and even had a vanity… (though there was still some fairly noticeable hair left in the bathroom), but overall it was good. The staff were very polite, and having an airport drop-off was a huge help. The location right in front of the station was also great. All things considered, I’d like to stay again.

    The room wear smells bad.

    I stayed here to catch an early morning flight from Kansai Airport, but the bathroom was not cleaned, with hair from the previous guest left behind. The Room wear had a strong odor as if it hadn't been washed and was completely unwearable. I had to run to a convenience store late at night to buy a T-shirt. It was terrible. I will never stay here again.

    Received news of a benefactor's sudden passing and traveled from the Koshinetsu region to the tip of the Kii Peninsula. After attending the funeral, I made an Accommodation Reservation to ensure flexibility in choosing either a bullet train or flight for my return. When it became clear that check-in would be late at night, I called ahead to inform them, but connecting with an operator required multiple attempts, which was frustrating. After over four hours on local trains, I arrived exhausted for check-in. The front desk staff merely pointed me toward a self-check-in machine without offering assistance. Being tired and unfamiliar with the process caused further delays. It would have been helpful if face-to-face check-in had been an option. Additionally, there was no explanation about the amenity bar; I only discovered its existence after checking out the next day. This lack of communication from the front desk staff felt extremely unkind and unprofessional. While this Hotel is rated four stars on some platforms, such service raises concerns about their standards overall. Even their website's promotional language feels disingenuous in light of this experience. Despite informing them in advance about my late arrival and providing my reservation name during that call, none of this information seemed reflected during check-in. A simple word of acknowledgment or kindness could have made all the difference—something expected from a four-star Hotel. The Accommodation Fee paid now feels like an expensive lesson in choosing Hotels more carefully moving forward. While cost-cutting measures are understandable to some extent, it seems imperative for this establishment to revisit what true hospitality entails thoroughly.

    Accommodation for Business Travel

    I stayed for business purposes, and since it was a Monday night, the price was very reasonable, which was helpful. The room was on the top floor with a stunning view of Kansai Airport, the bay at night, and the morning scenery—truly an "airport" experience. The room featured a full set of ReFa hair dryers and provided luxurious shampoo and conditioner, making it a refreshing stay. The convenient connection to Rinku Town Station allowed easy access without worrying about sunlight or rain.

    The staff at the Hotel were very pleasant.

    The front desk staff had a clear and pleasant voice, making communication easy and polite, which left a great impression. The shuttle bus driver also waved and said "Have a nice trip" when dropping us off at the airport, creating a cheerful start to our journey. The bed in the Room was very comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly despite pre-travel nerves.

    The reservation with the breakfast-included plan was a great choice. After arriving late at night at Kansai Airport from overseas, I was comforted by the Japanese buffet breakfast the next morning. The table arrangement allowed for a relaxing and quiet experience. Although self-check-in did not go smoothly, self-check-out was quick and very convenient. I didn't use it, but having a 24-hour convenience store on-site is reassuring. Being able to choose only the amenities you need is an excellent idea that avoids waste. I would like to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

    It was disappointing to find hair floating in the bathtub.

    The staff at the lobby were kind and attentive, making check-in and check-out smooth. The Facility was in good condition, and I was generally satisfied. However, I was disappointed when a clump of long hair floated up in front of me while I was in the bathtub. It was unpleasant, so I quickly jumped out of the tub. I have short hair, so it wasn't mine.

    Great satisfaction

    I used the No Meals Included Reservation on the same day. There is a 24-hour convenience store inside the building, the staff are kind, and the bed is spacious and comfortable. I would definitely like to use this Hotel again if I have the opportunity.

    Neither good nor bad---

    The location was good, and the building facilities were unexpectedly comfortable. Shopping nearby was also convenient. I hope for improvements in the lack of amenities, the mediocre water pressure in the shower, and the cheapness of the showerhead. The variety of breakfast items was average, but the taste was delicious.

    We have been using your services every year. This is our sixth time staying here. We use it once a year when we visit the grave. This year, unlike usual, I felt the times at this hotel. In the past, it was the usual way of using a hotel, but this year it was different. When I went to the front desk, they checked my reservation information and directed me to a machine. Being at an age where I'm not familiar with machines, I was a bit confused, but with the guidance from the front desk, I was able to check in without any issues. (Check-out was also done via the machine) I feel embarrassed that I can't keep up with the changes of the times year by year. * Even in restaurants, I find it difficult to enter places where you have to buy a meal ticket at the entrance by myself, so I have recently stopped going to such places. As for the room and services, nothing has changed, and although it was just one night, I had a pleasant stay. I often stay in rooms on the mountain side, and the view from the window is... This year, I had a room on the ocean side, and it felt refreshing... It felt like I had returned to Osaka. If I'm in good health next year, I would definitely like to use your services again. Thank you very much.
