    The bathtub drain was terrible.

    This was my first stay in over 10 years. I made a Reservation because of the excellent location right next to Ginza Six, but the bathroom drainage was extremely poor. After taking a shower, I opened the curtain and found the bathroom flooded all the way to around the toilet seat (Room 1211). The bath mat on the floor was soaked, so I had no choice but to dry myself inside the bathtub, then tiptoe out of the bathroom and wipe my feet. Perhaps due to backflow, there were unpleasant floating debris mixed into the water on the bathroom floor, which was very uncomfortable. By chance I had an urgent matter come up and checked out without staying overnight, so at least I didn’t have to remain in such an unpleasant Room. Also, there was no toothbrush in the Room, which was very inconvenient. At check-in I used a self check-in machine with assistance from a male Hotel staff member standing beside me, but there was no explanation about amenities. At checkout I informed the front desk staff about the drainage issue, but their response—“Oh, is that so… we’re sorry”—did not feel sincere or empathetic at all toward a guest who had such an unpleasant experience. It had been a long time since my last visit, and I left feeling very disappointed.

    Your go-to Accommodation for business trips to Tokyo

    This is my regular Accommodation when I’m on business in Tokyo. It’s centrally located in Ginza, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. I also appreciate that there are no unnecessary services. The cloakroom service is efficient and professional. There seem to be many international guests, and the overall atmosphere feels refined. I’d like to stay here again.

    I slept well.

    When I entered, there seemed to be a lingering odor from the previous guest, so I used a deodorizing spray. For the price, the Room was simple and clean, and considering it’s in Ginza, it felt reasonable. It was comfortable, and the air conditioning and lighting suited me well, so I slept well. The staff service was polite and good.

    Safe and secure for solo female travelers.

    I stay at Business Hotels in Tokyo a few times a year for family events, and this was my first time staying at this Hotel. The ReFa Room was great—the showerhead, hair dryer, and shampoo & conditioner were all ReFa, which made my stay very comfortable. I also appreciated the massage cushion that helped relieve my tired body. The Room was clean and I had a pleasant stay. In particular, at other Hotels I often notice dust on the bathroom exhaust fan while bathing, but this Hotel was spotless. However, there was no complimentary bottled water service here, so if you need water, I recommend buying it before checking in. I will use this Hotel again when I have business near Tokyo Station.

    The room cleaning is poor.

    Stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. Despite not informing that bed-making was unnecessary, the used cups were left unwashed, and the bed was not made. Some towels from the previous day were also left behind, which was very disappointing.

    Hotel with Excellent Location in Ginza

    This is my go-to accommodation when staying in Ginza. The service is consistently reliable no matter when I stay. The bed, which I am most particular about, is very comfortable and sufficient for business use. The breakfast is also delicious. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

    Single Use

    I stayed with a friend using the room for single use. The location is convenient if you plan to spend time around Ginza. This time, it was a double room for single use, and I found it spacious enough for one person. However, one disappointing aspect was that my friend's bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, likely due to the shower curtain being perpetually damp, which was very uncomfortable. Other than that, the amenities were well-prepared, and there was no noticeable noise disturbance. Thank you for your hospitality.

    This is my repeat stay.

    There are some changes, but the access is convenient, and I think it is a stable hotel. Since the accommodation fee has increased, could you consider providing hand towels?

    Insufficient cleaning

    The staff's service during check-in and other procedures was excellent. I stayed in the ReFa Room this time, and it was nice to be able to use ReFa products. However, I felt that the room cleaning was insufficient. There were a few strands of hair in the bathtub, bath towels were placed carelessly with edges folded and misaligned, water stains were visible on the faucet and mirror at the sink, and fingerprints or foundation marks were found on the foldable mirror inside a drawer. Cleaning in noticeable areas seemed incomplete. While I lightly cleaned some areas before use, I didn't feel comfortable using items like glasses in the room. It's unfortunate because the room facilities are otherwise great.

    The hallway and the Room have an unpleasant smell.

    I stayed on the 10th floor, but there was a sewage smell in the hallway as soon as I got off the elevator, and it filled the Room as well. I reported this to the front desk, but it was at a level that couldn't be resolved immediately. I don't think I will use this place again. It's unfortunate because everything else, including customer service, was good apart from the smell.

    Located in the heart...

    Located in the heart of Ginza, right next to Ginza Six, offering an excellent location. The staff were very kind and helpful during both check-in and check-out. Although the breakfast variety felt slightly limited, the taste and restaurant atmosphere were impeccable. Despite all this, the price was reasonable, leaving me highly satisfied. I would love to make this my regular accommodation in the future.

    This is the Hotel I use when visiting Tokyo.

    Located in the heart of Ginza with excellent access, it's wonderful to enjoy unlimited coffee from my favorite Café Paulista. However, one concern this time was the air purifier in the Room, which had no water in it. As I have a sensitive throat and pay attention to dryness in the Room, I filled it with water myself. Please ensure that the water level in the air purifier is checked during Room cleaning.

    It was good.

    It is located right in front of Ginza Six, offering an excellent location. I used it for business purposes, and it's a convenient place to go anywhere with abundant amenities. It seems that a significant number of foreign guests use this facility, but the check-in and check-out machines are easy to understand, and there are staff nearby to assist smoothly.

    We were upgraded for free to a corner twin Room and had a comfortable stay. There was a minor issue with the furniture (drawer) in the Room, so I would like it to be addressed. It was in a very good location, allowing us to have an enjoyable stay.

    The location and the staff's service were excellent, but there was trash, including tissue paper and product tags, left on the closet shelf. Finding used tissues left by others made me suspicious that other areas might not have been cleaned either, and I couldn't enjoy my stay. I would like to request better training for the cleaning staff.

    The best location

    The location is excellent, almost in the center of Ginza. It is convenient for dining and shopping, and close to Shimbashi Station. The Room is spacious and has a calm atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and there is nothing to complain about. The breakfast price is a bit high, so I enjoyed a delicious meal at a nearby café. I would like to use it again.     There was only one power outlet in the guest room, so it took a long time to charge. There was no mirror, so the hairdryer could only be used in the bathroom. If these areas are improved, I would rate it all 5.

    About the elevator.

    When you get on from the first floor, does the third floor have a stopover? It was hard to understand as the back quietly opened. I will check it again when I go next month.

    We chose a spacious room, which made for a comfortable stay. The drinks in the lobby are always appreciated. The breakfast was very delicious.
