    It was a comfortable space.

    Both check-in and check-out were smooth, and the reception staff’s explanations were easy to understand. The only downside was that many guests arrived at the breakfast venue when it opened at 7:00 a.m., which caused a wait and left us with less time on a busy morning.

    The washbasin area is small, and water splashes around easily. It would be better if it were located inside the bathroom. It’s disappointing that the bathroom has only a shower and no bathtub.

    This was my second stay in the Ladies Room since last year. Last year it faced the road, and this year it faced the monorail tracks. I was very worried about noise, but I could hardly hear anything. When it passes by, you can tell because it briefly casts a shadow. All the staff were kind, and the raised floor area made the Room easy to use. It’s also close to the station, and I’d like to stay here again when traveling to Tokyo.

    In a good way, this feels like a Business Hotel—and in another good way, it doesn’t. The amenities are well stocked so you can stay with just what you have on hand, very much like a Business Hotel (I’m truly happy the pajamas are a separate set), but breakfast goes beyond simply being delicious: the beautiful tableware makes plating fun and really sets it apart from typical “Business Hotel breakfast.” (I’m honestly tired of those square plates divided into 6 or 9 sections.) Everyone—from the front desk to the breakfast staff and housekeeping—greeted me warmly. I’m glad I found this Hotel. I just made my next Reservation as well. Thank you in advance for your continued support.

    The meals were delicious.

    It was New Year’s, so I was happy to have osechi and amazake. There was a wide variety, and I got full after one round, but the rice was so delicious that I ended up eating a lot. The disappointing part is that I had a Multiple Night Stay, but the bathtub hadn’t been cleaned and it was slippery when I got in. That’s definitely a negative point.

    Cleaning...

    The hospitality and service were excellent. However, the showerhead connection and button grooves were stained with water scale. Please ensure thorough cleaning of the bathroom area.

    The massage chair and breakfast were excellent.

    I stayed in a twin room. It was great to have a massage chair in the room. Since I was tired, I sat on the massage chair while watching TV and found it so relaxing that I almost dozed off. The breakfast had a wide variety of options as mentioned in the reviews, and I enjoyed it very much. The café latte could be made both iced and hot, with almond milk also available, which was delightful. It was very delicious. Being able to take it back to the room after eating was also convenient. I would love to stay here again!

    Well-equipped facilities, delicious breakfast

    Stayed for two nights on a business trip. Conveniently located near the station with excellent access. While the room lacked a bathtub, it had a separate toilet and a sink on the room side, making it very practical. The shower booth was comfortable, featuring both a regular shower and a full-body shower. Breakfast was a Japanese-Western buffet, and the Asian-style curry was authentic and delicious. The lounge, exclusively for guests, offered free coffee, cold water, and hot water at any time, which was a nice touch. Each floor had a water dispenser, eliminating the need to buy water, which was very convenient. The room was well-equipped with a foot massager, humidifier, kettle, and drip coffee, among other amenities. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

    Room 805: When I removed the bathtub plug, water flooded towards the toilet area, which was quite frightening. I quietly informed the front desk staff during checkout, but their reaction made me feel they were already aware of it... It was disappointing.

    I had a relaxing and comfortable stay. The arrangement of the bed, TV, desk, and chair was efficient and convenient without unnecessary movements. I wanted to enjoy coffee slowly, but I didn’t have time—looking forward to it next time! The lounge on the second floor was great! The only downside was that the bathtub drainage wasn’t perfect. Other than that, everything about the Hotel was satisfying!

    Stay here when you visit Tokyo!

    I always choose to stay here when I visit Tokyo. It's very convenient with its close proximity to the station, as well as nearby cafes and supermarkets! This time, I stayed in the Ladies' Room, which had excellent amenities for women (including bath salts and even a bag). I would love to reserve the Ladies' Room again next time!

    The Room had a raise...

    The Room had a raised floor, making it feel like home and very comfortable to stay in. The dressing table doubling as a desk, along with the low chairs and low beds, were also great. Rooms on the monorail side might have some noise from the monorail, but the road-facing side was very quiet and allowed for a relaxing stay. The Hotel seemed relatively new, very clean, and spacious enough to fully open suitcases. It was a satisfying stay overall.

    Stays with delicious coffee

    We stayed as a family of three with our 3-year-old child for a New Year's trip. Initially, we had a reservation for a Deluxe Twin Room, but when we contacted the hotel directly, we found that a Japanese-Western style room was available, so we switched. As a result, it was incredibly convenient for traveling with a child! Thank you for your hospitality. The staff answered our inquiries politely, which was pleasant. Unfortunately, the view was not on the monorail side. However, once you step out of the hotel, you can see the monorail up close, which was an exciting experience for train enthusiasts. Our son was also thrilled! We were looking forward to the lounge, but since we had a child, we couldn't relax as much. However, the coffee there was delicious! We took it back to our room and enjoyed it multiple times. It would be even better if the lounge offered some snacks or small treats for a fee. The breakfast didn't have a wide variety, but everything was delicious overall! The salad and bread were outstanding. Also, since it was New Year's, there were black beans and kamaboko, which made the meal enjoyable. There was one downside... The room seemed to have a structure that doesn't easily collect dust, but it was accumulating in various places. It would be great if the cleaning could be more thorough. Tamachi Station has a commercial facility in front of it with many restaurants, so we had no trouble finding dinner. The distance from the station to the hotel was not a burden. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel. We were a bit worried since there didn't seem to be many families with children, but we didn't find it inconvenient at all. We would love to stay again on our next trip to Tokyo. Thank you very much.

    I would like to repeat.

    The location was good, and the Room was old, but spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was handmade, and I felt the chef's thoughtfulness. It was very delicious and satisfying. The only drawback was that although I used a twin Room, I could only charge my phone on one of the beds. I think it would have been perfect if there was at least a power outlet on the other bedside. I managed with a mobile battery I had. Taking that into account, I would like to repeat my stay.

    There are cafes and supermarkets around the station, making it very convenient. The area around the Hotel is quiet. The Room is spacious and easy to use. The breakfast was delicious! The staff's courteous guidance during breakfast was also appreciated! I would like to use it again next time.

    The bathroom may need repairs.

    I decided to stay at this hotel with a ladies' room to match the early morning training. It shouldn't be too far from the station, but I got a bit lost as the surroundings are quite dim at night. There are plenty of conveniences like a supermarket, pharmacy, convenience store, and cafe right by the station. There are also a few restaurants along the way to the hotel. The room is designed like a dormitory or training facility with a raised floor. The bed is low, but it was comfortable to sleep on, and the soundproofing was good, so I could spend my time quietly. If there's an issue, it's the bathroom. I think it's a plumbing problem, but the toilet smell was strong and unpleasant. The nozzle of the washlet was also blackened, so I didn't feel like using it. The bathtub seemed poorly installed, and it creaked in places, which made me nervous. I think it would be good to have it inspected. I was also surprised by the congestion around 8 a.m. at JR Tamachi Station. I recommend those who need to travel by train to leave with plenty of time.

    I arrived early for training. It was close to the station, and there were many restaurants and convenience stores. There was no smell in the Room, and the café space and amenities were well-equipped, allowing for a comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality.
