A bit small, but functional.
I used this place for a “summer escape” in Tokyo. I usually stay in places around 20 m², so I was a bit worried since this one is 14 m², but although compact, it was functional. What surprised me was that outside the Room wasn’t an indoor hallway—each floor was open-air, like an apartment building. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that the bathroom is small, probably because it’s a 14 m² space.

Thank you very much for choosing our Hotel from among the many Accommodations available. We are truly delighted to receive your high rating. The Room type you stayed in was a Standard Double Room. It is furnished with one double-size bed, and the Room size is 14 m². As you mentioned, our Hotel features an open atrium design from the second floor upward, and a smoking area is provided on the second floor. On the other hand, we sincerely regret any inconvenience caused regarding the size of the bathroom. Each guest Room in our Hotel is equipped with a unit bath. Although space is limited, we will continue to maintain thorough hygiene management so that you can use it comfortably and cleanly at all times. When you visit the Hamamatsucho area again, we would be grateful if you would consider staying at our Hotel. We look forward to welcoming you again.
