  The staff provided excellent service.

  I stayed for three nights with my child after picking up my mother in Fukuoka. At first, we were assigned a smoking room, but the front desk staff kindly asked if that was okay. When I requested a non-smoking room, they checked availability and moved us to one (additional fee applies). They also helped us by lending an iron, providing extra towels, and patiently answering any questions, which made our stay very pleasant. It was also great to have a coffee machine and water dispenser on the first floor available at any time. The location was convenient—within walking distance of Tenjin Station—and I would like to stay again.

  The staff were very helpful.

  When I had trouble with another booking site during my Reservation, I really appreciated that the Hotel contacted me. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay again.

  I always stay here whenever I visit Hakata. Although my stays are short, I am completely satisfied with the service, Facility, amenities, and cleanliness. Since I love Hakata and visit often, I plan to stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Fukuoka Tenjin again next time. Thank you for your continued hospitality!
