    I was a little disap...

    I was a little disappointed that the shower pressure in the bathroom was weak. Since I stayed in a room on the 2nd floor, the welcome drinks were very close by, which was very convenient. If I have the opportunity to stay again, I would like to request the 2nd floor again. I stayed in a 22 m² twin room, and I liked that the ceiling light in the room was fairly large. (I have stayed at various Hotels before, and I often found the room lighting too small and dim.) How is the lighting in the single rooms? I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

    The staff is excellent!

    The front desk staff provided a cheerful and prompt service during check-in (apparently a first-year new graduate). The restaurant staff showed great attentiveness and care. It seems that the hotel has an excellent recruitment and training system in place. I look forward to visiting again.

    There was long hair ...

    There was long hair on the bath mat, and the sheets were stained. The Plan included breakfast, but the miso soup lacked flavor, making me wonder if dashi was used. The Room had a large light fixture, which I was very satisfied with.

    The front staff were...

    The front staff were very polite, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the 2nd-floor reception area was always crowded, possibly due to being a popular accommodation for inbound guests from Europe. The two elevators were often full, making it impossible to use them. I ended up carrying my suitcase down the emergency stairs during checkout. While this may not be the hotel's fault, guests with suitcases should be prepared for such situations. I will refrain from staying again until the number of inbound guests stabilizes.

    Breakfast

    Tea is not in tea bags, but it would have been nice to enjoy plenty of hot tea from a pot.

    The Room was smaller...

    The Room was smaller and less convenient than the photos. I should have researched more thoroughly. Although breakfast was supposed to be a buffet, many dishes were empty, and I was disappointed that I couldn't try the obanzai I was looking forward to. The rice was delicious, so I enjoyed it with pickles.
