  Neither good nor bad.

  I used this accommodation primarily for sleeping as I had an early morning departure. It has excellent access and is conveniently located near many restaurants.

  Clean and welcoming atmosphere with the best staff smiles.

  Visited for sightseeing. The convenient location near Keikyu Kawasaki Station and JR Kawasaki Station, along with the quiet and clean Room, allowed for a relaxing stay. The warm and cheerful greeting from the front desk staff upon entering the Hotel (even from quite a distance) left a lasting impression of being warmly welcomed.

  Simple and Comfortable Accommodation

  It is easy to find as you can walk through the underground shopping street from Kawasaki Station, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city. The Room is not spacious, but since I used a double bed alone, I could relax comfortably. Breakfast is served at Excelsior with a menu selection system. For those visiting for business or errands rather than sightseeing, this simple system is efficient and convenient. I also noticed that it has good access to Haneda Airport, so I would like to use it again if I have another opportunity.

  It was more comfortable than expected.

  Due to a major event featuring Chinese artists in Yokohama, nearby hotels were mostly fully booked, and prices had surged. However, I managed to find and reserve this hotel. The room appeared to have been renovated and was clean. The hotel is conveniently located near the station with excellent accessibility overall. However, on the first morning, there was continuous loud noise from the neighboring room as if something was being hit repeatedly, which made me quite uneasy. The Saturday Accommodation Fee was 25,000 yen due to price surges but seemed relatively reasonable compared to other nearby hotels. I would consider this accommodation as an option for my next stay in Kawasaki.

  Comfortable.

  The room was clean without any issues. Check-in and check-out were both handled automatically, with no interaction with the reception staff. The hairdryer output was slightly concerning, but everything else was comfortable. I would stay here again.

  This was my second s...

  This was my second stay. There are many shops around, making it very convenient. The Room was just the right size, and the bathtub was spacious enough to stretch my legs. The TV is large, and above all, I appreciate the spacious desk. The amenities were rated 4 points because some items were missing, possibly due to bad timing. I would like to use it again.
