    This was our first time staying here. We were able to park right in front of the building, which made carrying our luggage incredibly easy. The female staff member who assisted us at check-in provided wonderful service with a warm smile, and it instantly eased our travel fatigue. The Room was very clean, and the Simmons bed was comfortable, allowing us to fully recover from a long drive and head out comfortably the next day. The large public bath was also clean, and we were able to stretch out and relax properly. My spouse and I were both very satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much—we would love to stay again!

    Feel free to use it anytime.

    This was my second stay. The sauna is small, which can’t be helped, but they provide bay leaves. The Onsen was very satisfying. The room was clean, and the amenities covered the essentials. Breakfast didn’t have a wide variety, but there were many dishes that made the most of the ingredients, and I enjoyed a satisfying meal in the morning. I will stay again.

    Great access, great bathhouse, great breakfast.

    I stayed here while visiting a friend in Nagano. Since it was a weekday, the women’s bath was not crowded and I could relax and enjoy it. I came by car, but there are many places to eat within walking distance, and there were also flyers for delivery services in the building, so it seems you won’t have trouble finding something to eat even at night. Breakfast was more substantial than I expected and delicious. I would like to stay here again on my next visit.

    Satisfied with the Hotel’s quality

    Although it is a business-class Hotel, I was impressed by the stylish interior and amenities, as well as the staff’s service—more than enough quality for a city Hotel. The top-floor panoramic bath was very comfortable!

    It was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were also very friendly. However, the Room felt a bit small.
