    A Hotel where women can feel safe and comfortable.

    Although I was traveling solo, I stayed in a twin Room, which was spacious enough to relax. There was also a large public bath, and the towel bag and amenities needed for bathing were well provided, so even though it was a business trip, I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

    The foot massager is excellent.

    I stayed overnight from out of town for a concert at Makomanai Ice Arena. The women-only Room had massage chairs for calves and the soles of the feet, which really helped relieve the fatigue in my legs after walking around all day. There were also ReFa items available to borrow, such as a hair iron and facial device. Not only the large public bath, but even the in-Room hair dryer was ReFa, which felt luxurious. The large public bath was crowded—probably because everyone wanted to use it—but there was also ice cream and skincare products available. It was easy to get anywhere in central Sapporo, and I could reach the concert venue directly on one line. In addition, a limousine bus to New Chitose Airport stops right in front of the Hotel, so getting around was very efficient. I’d love to stay again!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    We stayed for a three-night Multiple Night Stay as a base for our activities in Hokkaido. Even though it was hot for Hokkaido with many warm days, the large public bath was truly helpful. At this type of Hotel, the “large public bath” is often small and disappointing, but here it was spacious, well maintained, and we also appreciated the complimentary ice cream after bathing. Complimentary coffee was available in the lobby as well, which we enjoyed morning and evening. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, bed-making and room cleaning were skipped, but towels were replaced daily and we had no issues. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Extensive Services

    I visited Hokkaido for the first time in decades for the Yosakoi Soran Festival and stayed at this Hotel. It was a very nice Hotel. What impressed me most was staying on the ladies’ floor. There were various devices available for free on that floor—for example, a hand massager and pillows in different firmness levels and sizes, which I was able to use. There were also facial care devices, so it’s truly a delight for women!! There was also a foot massager in my Room, which helped relieve travel fatigue. The large public bath was relaxing as expected, and having ice cream prepared after bathing was such a wonderful thoughtful touch—I really appreciated it. The breakfast venue felt like it had slightly fewer options compared with other Hotels I’ve stayed at, but I still ate more than enough and left full. I also appreciated the coffee service available in the lobby. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Hokkaido.

    Would like to use it again.

    I stayed for two nights, and it was a bit disappointing that the breakfast menu was the same both days. It would be great if the content could be more varied. The location is very convenient with Odori Park right in front, offering a great view from the window, so I would like to stay here again. The Room and large public bath were clean and comfortable, making my stay pleasant.

    Perfect for sightseeing and business!

    The location is excellent and very convenient for everything. Odori Park, TV Tower, Clock Tower, Hokkaido Government Office, Hokkaido University Botanical Garden, Susukino, and Tanukikoji are all within walking distance. There are izakayas nearby that stay open late, so you can feel at ease even with a late arrival. Both Seicomart and 7-Eleven are also close by. The service of switching to a bento box breakfast to avoid morning crowding in the dining area (reservation required) was very helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious; staying on the ladies' floor ensured a quiet and safe night's sleep. I would definitely like to stay here again!

    The building was new...

    The building was new and provided a comfortable stay. There were bottled water in the Room, which was nice. I stayed for two nights, and while there was no cleaning service, fresh towels were hung on the doorknob. Since I planned to stay in the Room during the morning, this style actually worked well for me. I didn't have time to visit the large public bath.
