    The Room and bathroom were spacious, which was great.

    I arrived by subway from Fukuoka Airport, and the Hotel was right there as soon as I came up from the exit. Although it’s in front of the station, the Room was quiet and comfortable. The Room was spacious for a single, and the bathtub was also large for a unit bath, so I could stretch out and relax. The only disappointment—also mentioned by others—was that the washroom constantly had a sewer-like smell, possibly due to the shower curtain. With the door closed, it didn’t reach the Room, but since it was otherwise a good Hotel, that was unfortunate.

    The property is old, and noise from the neighboring unit can be clearly heard.

    I understand it can’t be helped because it’s Golden Week, but the accommodation fee is high, the Facility is old, and damaged areas have not been repaired. It’s cramped, and I feel there would be no way to escape if a fire occurred. Narubon, the breakfast venue, was unpleasant due to the smell of grilled meat. If there is no intention to improve even after feedback is given, it feels pointless.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay, and it was convenient with the station and convenience store nearby.\nThe Room was spacious and comfortable, so I would like to stay here again when I visit Fukuoka.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    It’s very close to the station. You do have to cross a traffic light, but it’s just a short walk and very convenient. It seems to have been renovated, though it still feels a bit dated. The toilet and bathtub area was spacious (the heating didn’t seem to work, so it was cold), and the Room itself felt more spacious, cleaner, and more upscale than a typical Business Hotel. For stays of up to 3 nights, eco cleaning includes only towel/amenity replacement and trash removal, which didn’t bother me much. However, used cups were not replaced, and there was no dish soap—so I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do. Recommended for guests who are fine with eco cleaning and don’t need cups replaced (or don’t use them).

    It was excellent!

    Close to the station and restaurants, yet quiet. The Room is moderately spacious with a large bed. The lobby has a luxurious atmosphere, and the Room feels very comfortable. The entrance door to the bathroom and washroom is also excellent. There is a coffee machine at the front desk, and bottled water is provided in the Room. I would love to stay here again!

    The staff were all excellent, but the age of the Facility cannot be denied. The entrance from the sidewalk to the building felt slippery and dangerous in the rain. The guest room is relatively spacious, so it would be nice to have a small sofa in addition to a desk chair.

    A Trip to Fukuoka

    I chose this place for its proximity to the station, but the Room had only a small window with no view, making it very dark. Most concerning was the bathroom curtain, which smelled unpleasant, and I had to endure it while taking a shower. Regarding service, the woman at the front desk on our first day was very kind and provided detailed explanations and guidance about places we asked about during our 2-night stay. The breakfast was not as good as expected.

    The location of the Hotel was excellent and very convenient. What I care about most in a Hotel is the smell. The shower curtain was replaced promptly, but I would appreciate it if this could be checked before check-in.

    Noticeable hallway odor

    Close to the station, which is great. However, there is an odor lingering in the hallway. While the Room itself does not smell, the hallway is different. It might be better to address this issue as well.

    The hospitality is excellent.

    The requested amenities were prepared in advance in the Room, and I also received a personalized welcome message. Regarding the Facility, it would have been ideal to have USB charging outlets, but such sockets were not available. Additionally, having power outlets or plugs on both sides of the bed would be preferable. While the location and Room quality might be considered standard, I was impressed by the hospitality and left with a very positive impression. Therefore, I would like to stay here again.

    A hotel with a calm atmosphere close to the station.

    There was a minor issue with the toilet cleaning, but everything else was well-maintained and I had a comfortable stay. A non-slip mat for the bathtub was provided. Young people might not need it, but I was grateful to use it as a safety measure. The best part was the response from the front desk staff. During check-in, their calm demeanor was appreciated, but when I mentioned my concern about the toilet cleaning at check-out, they listened with a truly sincere attitude and expression, leaving me with a good impression as I left the Hotel. Thank you very much.

    I used it for the first time. I think it's user-friendly. I was concerned that the hair dryer's plug was bent, but overall, I feel the comfort is not bad.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I used a Hotel on the Chikushiguchi side for the first time. As soon as I left the Hotel, there was a subway station, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants, so I was able to spend my time comfortably without any inconvenience. I would like to use it again when I stay in Hakata.

    The service meals are satisfactory, but the Facility is too disappointing.

    The position of the toilet's washlet controller is inconvenient and difficult to use. The washbasin is also difficult to use. The faucet is poorly positioned, making it hard to use. The lighting design is not good, especially the central controller, which is difficult to use. The position of the toilet door is such that the light from the toilet enters the bed area, disturbing your companion's sleep when you go to the toilet at night.

    Excellent hospitality! Convenient transportation access!

    The hospitality of the front staff is excellent. The Room and bed are spacious, and it is a luxurious Hotel. The breakfast is extremely delicious. Especially the "Ika Sumentaiko Don"!

    Single use. This hotel was well-equipped, meeting all the "it would be better if it were like this" aspects I felt at other hotels, such as the placement of outlets by the desk and bed for work, lighting, bathroom amenities, and waste disposal instructions. Although it's on the opposite side of the Hakata Station Chikushi Exit and away from the downtown area, it was very quiet, and being close to the station made shopping and dining convenient. The staff's response and explanations were also courteous. Thank you very much.

    I stayed during a three-day weekend. The location was great, close to the station and with a convenience store next door. They kindly stored our luggage with a smile both before check-in and after check-out, which was very pleasant. The chige hot pot for breakfast was incredibly delicious.
