  Use the night before your bus tour.

  The location was very convenient for joining a bus tour the next day. I could walk to Shinjuku, and the Accommodation was clean, reasonably priced, and excellent. I would like to stay again.

  It was quiet and comfortable!

  I stayed for one night due to an unexpected job the next day, and it was quiet and comfortable.

  At first glance, it looks clean, but...

  Mold is present on the showerhead and the drain at the top of the unit bath.

  Although it is close to Nishi-Shinjuku Station,

  With the construction at Shinjuku Station, access to the Marunouchi Line was unexpectedly far, and walking from Shinjuku Station took a fair amount of time. The exterior of the hotel looks old, but the room is spacious and there were no issues with the bathtub drainage!

Our property is located about 10 minutes from each line of Shinjuku Station. The nearest station is Nishi-Shinjuku Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, which is about a 2-minute walk away. If you have large luggage or are worried about getting lost, we recommend taking the Marunouchi Line from Shinjuku Station to Nishi-Shinjuku Station.
