    Summer is tough.

    The Room air conditioner barely works. The bathroom sink water is labeled “drinkable,” but it smells moldy and is not fit to drink. The breakfast buffet has very limited variety. I don’t think I will stay here again.

    The TV has been upgraded!

    I have stayed here several times before, but I switched to other Hotels because the TV was an older type and hard to watch, and the Room felt a bit dark. This time, I stayed again after a long while and found that the TV had been updated and the Room seemed brighter—perhaps renovated—which was a great improvement. I would like to stay here again in the future.

    Overall satisfied, but...

    I stayed here for the Shimonoseki Kaikyo Marathon. This year, I didn't use the large public bath due to time constraints. It was great that there were fewer interactions with others. However, it was a bit warm at night, so having air conditioning would have been nice. Regarding breakfast, it would be helpful if the start time could be 15 minutes earlier, especially on days with early morning events like this one. While I understand the circumstances these days, I noticed that accommodation costs have increased by 1.5 times compared to three years ago.

    I always use this Hotel when on business trips to Kokura. However, there is one thing that always concerns me. There are usually 3-4 staff members at the reception, but it feels odd to have self-check-in explained from across the counter. It might be better if one staff member waits on the guest side to explain self-check-in or if the self-check-in machine is placed slightly away from the counter. In other Hotels, there is always one person on the guest side or the machine is positioned a bit further away. Additionally, I used the multi-story parking lot and was very pleased with how kind and courteous the parking staff were on Saturday morning, November 1st. It made for a very pleasant start to my day—thank you! Regarding amenities, other Hotels often provide complimentary mineral water and drip coffee; it would be great if these two items could be added here as well. Also, I find that your toothbrushes are a bit hard—softer bristles might be more comfortable as they feel painful even with normal brushing.

    I regularly use this accommodation. The large public bath is definitely appealing.

    Late check-in was available.

    The Hotel was clean and conveniently located near the station and the West Japan General Exhibition Center New Building. Although we knew it would be late, we were able to check in at around midnight, which was very helpful at Nishitetsu Inn Kokura. The site clearly mentioned how to handle late arrivals, so I was able to inform the guest in advance, allowing them to travel with peace of mind. Q: Is there a curfew? A: There is no specific curfew. However, for security reasons, the automatic doors on both the main building and new building are locked from 25:00 to 6:00. Guests who have already checked in can unlock them by holding their room key card over the card reader. *For guests who have not yet checked in, please use the intercom at either entrance of the main or new building. Staff are available 24 hours a day.

    The location and price are excellent. As for customer service, with so many staff available, it would be better if they escorted guests to the monitor instead of just staying at the front desk. It's disappointing considering the number of staff present. Also, the toothbrush quality is very poor. Please try using it yourselves.

    I stayed here to watch a Japan Rugby match. It's conveniently located within walking distance from the station, and I will use it again.

    Large Public Bath

    Business Hotels with large public baths help relieve fatigue, so I always choose such options. This time was great too!

    Always satisfied. Highly recommended for those who prioritize having a large public bath. The Room size is decent (not too small!). Will use again.

    The bath was comfortable.

    This was my first time staying at a hotel in Kitakyushu City, and although it wasn't an onsen, the bath was spacious and comfortable. The price was reasonable, and the breakfast was very filling, so I highly recommend it.

    I stayed in Kokura for the first time in a while. With its excellent location and convenience, as well as a sense of cleanliness and security, I found it to be a highly recommended Hotel for staying in Kokura.

    It was unfortunate that the sauna room clock was broken.

    The contact with the Room bot is poor, and it takes a long time to boil, which is disappointing. The measurement clock in the sauna room is not working, which is also disappointing. I think it would be better if the temperature in the sauna room was a bit higher. I was satisfied with the breakfast, and it was my first experience having green juice. Overall, I am satisfied, but it feels a bit old.
