  To the large public bath

  It would have been even better if there had been a sauna... The location was excellent, with great access.

  Use of Local Products

  On the accommodation day, various famous shampoos were available to choose from at the front desk, including one made by Kitakyushu's Shabondama Soap. While I often use their soap, I didn't know they also had shampoo. It seems like a great product, so perhaps it could be used continuously at your facility in Kokura as well.

  This Hotel offers great value for money.

  I chose this place because it has a large public bath, and I was able to relax and stretch out in the bath to relieve my fatigue, which was great. The cost performance is excellent. However, the mattress on the bed in the Room is a bit firm, so I think it would be better with a slightly more comfortable mattress. Thank you very much.

  An accidental mistake

  I intended to reserve a non-smoking room, but by mistake, it ended up being a smoking room. When I mentioned my preference for a non-smoking room at check-in, they luckily prepared another room for me. Moreover, it was an upgrade with no additional charge. I appreciate their excellent service. Hotels in the Nishitetsu Group truly value their guests. Thank you!

  Conveniently located near the station

  Conveniently located near a convenience store, drugstore, and coffee shop. The Room is old but clean. Breakfast is well-prepared, and you can enjoy toast from Shiroya Bakery. Choose a Plan with access to the large public bath to relax and unwind.

  The bed is firm and may be uncomfortable for sleeping.

  Always completely satisfied.

  The large public bath, available until 1:00 AM, is the highlight! Amenities are well-stocked, and the breakfast buffet offers a delicious variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. I also noticed this time that there’s ice and cups available near the vending machines—such a nice touch! With laundry facilities and so much more to offer, it’s hard to list everything. The detailed and excellent services at such a reasonable price always leave me completely satisfied.

  It was a beautiful Hotel.

  The Hotel was clean and well-maintained. The large public bath was also spotless, making it a pleasant experience, so I didn't use the Room's bathroom. One downside, which might be personal preference, was that the bed felt hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.
