  Air conditioning

  It was conveniently located near Tenjin, with a convenience store and a bus stop close by. However, the centralized air conditioning made the room a bit cold. Also, one of the screws on the bathroom handrail had come loose, so it could not be used.

  Great location.

  Located in central Fukuoka, the location was very satisfying.\nIt was also relatively affordable, so we enjoyed a great value stay.

  Used a triple room.

  We stayed in a triple Room for three women. All beds were the same size, not extra beds, and everyone was comfortable. The Room was spacious, and the Facility was excellent.

  Even with the Nishitetsu brand, the hotel's age cannot be concealed.

  Before going to bed, I decided to take a bath. When I tried to drain the tub slightly and refill it, the water wouldn't drain properly despite the plug being removed. Instead, water started backing up from the drain along with debris and hair. After some time, I managed to get the water drained, but by then, the entire room smelled like sewage. I turned on the air purifier at full blast and sprayed deodorizer everywhere; eventually, it subsided somewhat but left an extremely unpleasant experience. While branded under Nishitetsu's name, it was clear that this Hotel's age couldn't be hidden. Moreover, such issues should have been noticed by housekeeping staff. It seems communication within the Hotel is lacking as well. In conclusion, this is what you can expect from a Business Hotel of this kind—one must be prepared for a higher chance of disappointment with older hotels...

  Convenient!

  I stayed for a show at Hakataza, and it was very convenient for getting around! Also, there was a delicious izakaya nearby, it was great! I would like to use it again next time.

  Ideal after watching a live event

  Very clean and the staff were kind and responded politely. Since it is located in an office district, it is quiet at night, but it is also close to the bustling area of Tenjin, so I was able to enjoy myself and return to the hotel after the concert. There is a Bills Fukuoka nearby, where I could have a stylish and delicious breakfast. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
