    Beautiful Hotel

    I stayed for two nights on a business trip. It’s a very clean Hotel. The location is convenient, and the bath is spacious. It was also helpful to be able to check how crowded it was from the Room. The staff member I happened to interact with was kind as well. I had breakfast at the Hotel restaurant, but I’d be happier if the selection were a bit more appealing. One disappointing point was that the sink in the Room was dirty. There were many dark stains—almost like ink—so much so that I wondered if someone had dyed their hair there. I assumed it might be a stain that wouldn’t come off, but as I used the sink, it actually came off easily. That made me think it may have been missed during cleaning. Since the entire Hotel was so clean, it felt like a shame. Overall, I’m satisfied, and I think I would stay here again even if I come back to Hakata next time!

    Highly convenient

    Conveniently located next to Hakata Station, making it very easy to get around, and the large public bath (Onsen) was better than expected, so I had a very comfortable stay. It was disappointing and confusing that there was a small issue at check-in (I couldn’t Check Reservation on the self check-in machine). The staff handled it well, and I had a great trip.

    The best choice for staying in Hakata at this price range.

    Although this is a large Hotel that is over 20 years old, it was renovated in 2016. Nearly 10 years have passed since the renovation, but the rooms are comfortable, with smart TVs and thorough cleaning. This time I booked a Plan that included breakfast at Komeda inside the Hotel, and I was very satisfied with the extensive breakfast menu.

    There were no face t...

    There were no face towels in the Room. There were none in the bathroom either, and I left without knowing whether my Room simply happened to be missing them or whether they were not provided at all. Since I could use a hand towel instead for bathing, it was not a major inconvenience.

    A Hotel you’ll want to stay at again when you visit Fukuoka

    Located behind Hakata Bus Terminal (a 1-minute walk), the access is excellent. The fact that you can enjoy an Onsen in this location is also wonderful, but there was no bath towel collection box in the changing room and guests are expected to take towels back to their Room, which felt inconvenient when wanting to enjoy the Onsen multiple times. I chose the Japanese/Western breakfast buffet, but it differed greatly from the photos on the official website (especially the sashimi), and JPY 2,000 per person felt overpriced. When someone with tattoos entered the bathing area, I reported it to staff; their prompt coordination and response was noteworthy customer service.

    I chose the Plan with a massage chair, but

    I stayed for one night from January 10. I chose this Hotel because it has a large public bath, sauna, and massage chairs, and it is also close to the station. I made a Reservation for the “Premium Relaxation” Plan with an in-room massage chair. The Room did have a massage chair, but the hand controller cable was patched with vinyl tape in two places, and none of the controls worked at all. If the Plan highlights a massage chair, isn’t it pointless if guests can’t use it? Since it had been repaired in two places, I felt there may have been an ongoing connection issue. I chose this expecting to relax at the end of my trip, so I was very disappointed that I couldn’t use what the Plan promised.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The location was very close to Hakata Station, and I arrived without any trouble. Both check-in and check-out were self-service. Although the process seemed simple, I struggled as I'm not good with machines. However, when I called the front desk staff for help, they kindly assisted me without any hesitation—thank you so much! The bath was consistently crowded from around 7 PM to past 10 PM, making it difficult to go. Since I had plans the next morning, I reluctantly went during that time but found it extremely busy; there were no available showers. After rinsing off with water from a bucket, I only soaked in the tub and returned to my Room to finish washing my body and hair in the shower there. It was a bit disappointing, so on the next day, I went straight to the bath at 3 PM and fully enjoyed it—one of the perks of staying for Multiple Nights!

    I would like to stay here again.

    This was my second stay after a few years. The Room itself is not brand new or sparkling, but it is well-maintained and clean. The layout of the Room is thoughtfully designed. Despite being compact, the Room includes a three-sided mirror, a workspace, and even a small table, making it very comfortable. I counted eight power outlets in the Room! The large public bath was spacious and clean, with high-end hair dryers provided in the changing area. There’s even an elevator prioritized for guests moving to the public bath in their loungewear—such thoughtful consideration! Since there’s such a comfortable public bath available, the Rooms come with independent shower booths instead of full bathrooms. I personally prefer this setup and found it very convenient. Of course, all front desk staff were kind and attentive; they immediately assisted anyone who seemed to need help. I stayed here for an event-related trip ("oshi-katsu"), and I was impressed by how hospitable the staff were—the lobby had detailed guidance on accessing live venues and bus stops! I would love to stay here again when visiting Fukuoka!

    Well-balanced, I would like to stay here again next time.

    I stayed during a three-day weekend, so it wasn't cheap, but considering the prices of other hotels, I think it was reasonable. The room was functional and stylish, with soft lighting that made it relaxing. The public bath was unexpectedly spacious, and the shampoo and other amenities were of high quality. The only downside was that there was only one face towel in the room; if you use it for drying your hands, there’s no extra towel to bring into the bath area. Other than that, everything was excellent. The location near Hakata Station was very convenient. In the lounge (paid), I could work while enjoying surprisingly good coffee, and there’s direct access to a convenience store as well. This business hotel had everything you’d want in such an accommodation—truly a great hotel! I would definitely stay here again if I visit Fukuoka.

    Onsen is the best!

    I have stayed at many Business Hotels before, but the Onsen here was exceptional. The scent of the Onsen and its skin-smoothing effects truly made it feel like a "beauty bath." Although I did not dine this time, the menu at the adjacent dining area looked so appealing that I am considering trying it next time.

    The large public bat...

    The large public bath was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The congestion status could be checked from the Room monitor, making it convenient to use. Although it showed "crowded," there were always available lockers, indicating proper management. The staff were very friendly, making for a pleasant stay.

    Busy Onsen, super-efficient stay, affordable & delicious breakfast

    The hotel is new, very clean, and stylish. It is highly digitalized with no waste, and the elevators arrive quickly. The Onsen was crowded at night, which was a bit overwhelming, but the Facility is clean, convenient, and excellent. Breakfast is served in a rented izakaya, and the sashimi was delicious. Some guests were enjoying curry as well. Overall, it’s a cost-effective Hotel. If I had to point out one thing, there’s no designated "makeup area" in the Room—it seems designed for those comfortable without makeup.

    The men's bath changing room has an unpleasant smell, and the Wi-Fi is extremely slow.

    The hotel has been renovated, and the interior is new and very clean. Additionally, even the lobby and hallways seem to have attention paid to their fragrance. However, the changing room in front of the large public bath has a very unpleasant smell. It’s hard to tell if it’s ammonia or sewage—this was disappointing. Also, because there are many private rooms, the Wi-Fi is extremely slow. I believe an upgrade of the Facility is necessary for this issue. When I checked out late around 10 AM, the internet was naturally fast at that time—likely due to fewer connected devices. I hope this can be improved.

    We recommend it.

    After a long time since the pandemic, my stay was as pleasant as ever with the clean accommodation. I particularly enjoyed the massage chair in the room, the three-sided mirror, and the spacious public bath. Check-in is now done through a system that only opens at 3 PM. Since I had plans to attend a live event at Fukuoka Dome starting at 3 PM, it made me a bit anxious (though I believe they would have stored my luggage; I just didn’t try). The breakfast looked delicious, so I’d like to try it next time!

    The bathroom was dirty.

    I used it for a 5-night, 6-day trip. It's close to the station and well-located. However, there are not only advantages but also disadvantages. The Room is small, and there is an unpleasant smell from the humidifier. The large public bath was extremely crowded, with guests jostling each other. I was waiting in line for the washing area while being completely naked. The open-air bath was dirty, and after bathing, I developed a rash for an unknown reason. I will not use it again.

    The Onsen is extremely crowded.

    I used it to attend a live concert at PayPay Dome. The location was convenient as it was behind the bus center where direct buses to PayPay Dome depart. I couldn't get a twin, so I chose a double, but I slept well. The Room is small, so one suitcase is the limit. I chose this Hotel because I wanted a large public bath, but the number of lockers and washing areas was very limited for the size of the Hotel. There was a wait for locker availability, changing space, and shower availability, with about 10 people always waiting for the shower, which was particularly bad. The massage machines were paid, and no one was using them, so I thought it might be better to place lockers in their place and move the massage machines to the hallway outside. If I had known about the congestion on live concert days, I might have been able to use the Room shower instead. I went for breakfast late, so there were shortages, and there weren't many options available.

    This is a Hotel that does not hold luggage.

    The location is great and there is an onsen, so I always stayed here with my mother. However, this time I was told that they would only hold our luggage until 2 PM the day after check-out. After checking out, I hurried to find a coin locker at Hakata Station, but none were available, and my elderly mother had to carry her suitcase, which ruined our trip.

    Good value for money

    It takes less than a 5-minute walk from the station, the Room is adequately sized without the cramped feeling like an APA, and the large public bath is spacious and easy to use. The front desk procedure is almost entirely machine-operated, so once you get used to it, it's convenient, but it doesn't offer much hospitality. Overall, considering the price, I am satisfied.
