    Returning home to visit family

    I stayed here before returning home to Ishigaki Island. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was convenient.

    It was comfortable.

    The complimentary drink service and delicious breakfast were included, and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked. If I visit Okinawa again, I would definitely like to stay here.

    It may be the best choice for business trips or short stays, thanks to its convenient location.

    The staff were very kind, and the breakfast was delicious. There are also several convenience stores nearby, so you can choose whichever you prefer. If I had to say one thing, I’d be happy if there were a few more amenity options. Also, I know it can’t be helped with a unit bath, but if the bathtub were a bit larger, it would really help ease travel fatigue... (lol)

    Clean and Friendly

    The Room was compact yet clean. The Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. It was conveniently located near the station and provided easy access to Kokusai Street.

    The Perfect City Hotel

    We stayed here the night before heading to a remote island. The staff were polite, and the Room was clean and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide variety of delicious options, especially the curry, which is highly recommended. If you're staying in Naha City, this place offers excellent value for money (perhaps due to a sale at the time). We would love to stay here again if we have the chance.

    Great location and very clean.

    Free breakfast and free Child Sharing Existing Bedding make it very cost-effective. The location is great, and the Room is clean. Although the Room is small, it’s excellent value for this price. Thank you very much!

    Perfect for business

    Every Comfort Hotel is excellent for business. Perfect if you're just staying overnight. However, it might feel a bit small and less ideal for enjoying a vacation. The breakfast is delicious, and it's a hotel I recommend to my friends as well.

    Great accessibility

    I previously stayed at Comfort in Ise and had such a great experience that I decided to try the Naha location for the first time. This time, I had work near the prefectural office, so the location was convenient for both work and evening meals, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was. As for breakfast, it might be better not to set high expectations if you've recently stayed at premium accommodations. The goya curry was delicious, but the rice seemed to have been sitting out for quite some time based on its appearance, which made me hesitant to eat much of it. Freshness would definitely enhance the experience. The staff members at both the front desk and restaurant were friendly and welcoming at all times of day. Thank you very much!

    The front desk staff were excellent.

    The location is conveniently close to the monorail station. While the check-in process is primarily automated, staff are always available and respond promptly. The Room for single use with a double bed was reasonably spacious, equipped with a refrigerator where you can store drinks purchased outside. Breakfast was included, offering plenty of vegetables which was great. The bitter melon curry had a slight bitterness, and the Okinawa soba noodles were not to my taste as they felt dry even after reheating them in the microwave. I stayed for four consecutive nights on weekdays. I rented a bicycle to go out for dinner and enjoyed several cups of delicious coffee provided during the day. Renting from Times Rent-a-Car made it easy to access various locations. I would definitely consider staying here again if given another opportunity!

    Excellent location!

    This was my first time staying here. I went out to eat and found many restaurants nearby, visiting three of them. There are also three convenience stores located in front and next to the property, making it very convenient. Thank you for your hospitality!

    The staff were wonderful.

    When I asked about the location of a nearby tonkatsu restaurant at check-in, they looked it up and guided me to the place outside the Hotel. All the staff were smiling, making my stay very pleasant. I would like to use this service again when I visit Naha. Thank you very much.

    The service was excellent.

    When I inquired by phone before my stay, the response was very prompt and courteous, which was very nice. Breakfast was available early in the morning, allowing me to prepare for travel without taking up much time, which was very convenient. The menu varies, so I would like to try something different next time. When staying in Okinawa, the location is convenient and just right, so I would like to use it again.
