    It was very convenient, located near Hakata Station.

    I had heard the building was old, but I was very satisfied with the convenient location and the staff’s thoughtful hospitality. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    The doors and walls are extremely thin.

    Noise from the hallway was clearly audible, and when standing in the hallway you could clearly hear sounds from inside the room (voices, toilet, shower), so I spent my stay being careful not to make loud noises. The location near the station seemed convenient, but since the Accommodation fee is not cheap, I don’t think I would stay again.

    First-time stay

    This was my first time staying here. Self check-in and check-out were very smooth. The Facility information was concise, easy to understand, and accurate. The Room felt a bit old in places, but since I wasn’t spending much time in the Room, it was more than sufficient for me. If I had to mention one thing, the Room lighting felt a little dim. Breakfast starts at 6:30 a.m., but it was extremely crowded. Even the space for one person to eat felt cramped. It would probably be better to go at a different time, but since I needed to eat at 6:30 a.m. to get to work, it couldn’t be helped. The variety of food was sufficient for breakfast, and refills were handled smoothly. The main reason I chose this Accommodation was its convenient location near the station, so despite the points above, it was comfortable in its own way.

    Not recommended.

    The Facility is very old, and the cleaning was not thorough; there was a lot of dust in the Room. One of the Room lights was out and it was too dark to work, so I contacted the front desk, but they said it was an emergency light and would not turn on. That was the first time I had heard such an explanation, but I don’t think a Room that is too dark to work properly is acceptable. The front desk staff seemed bothered throughout, and I didn’t feel like pushing further. I stayed for two nights, but the Room was old and dark with a gloomy atmosphere—this was my worst stay so far. For these reasons I do not recommend it at all, but the location is good, so it may be fine if you are choosing based on location alone.

    Excellent location right in front of the station.

    Directly connected to Hakata Station via an underground passage, so you can get there without getting wet even on rainy days. All staff greeted us with smiles, which was very satisfying. Although breakfast is free, they also offer items that change daily, which is a helpful service for a Multiple Night Stay. The free drinks are available until the evening as well, which we appreciated. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Attending Live Events

    I used this for the first time to attend a live event. It was disappointing that there were few amenities, one of the Room lights was out, and the smell from the bathroom and toilet was unpleasant. However, it is very convenient to get here from the airport by subway, getting off at Hakata Station and walking through an underground passage without getting wet.

    Last-minute accommodation

    Due to a flight cancellation, I stayed here on short notice because of its proximity to the station. The facility is old, but the location was excellent.

    Are the photos outdated?

    The actual appearance was vastly different from the photos, which was shocking. It wasn't an exaggeration to say it felt like an old, dirty, and smelly training facility. I even disliked walking around in slippers. It was the worst night I’ve ever experienced.

    Conveniently located near the station

    I stayed here for a business trip. The location is very convenient as it is close to the station. Although the building is a bit old, the Room was spacious and clean. The only downside was that all the lighting was fluorescent, which felt slightly less relaxing. Breakfast was standard Western-style cuisine for a Business Hotel. Highly recommended for those traveling from Hakata Station the next day due to its convenience.

    Might be good for a one-night stay.

    I stayed for a multiple night stay. The Japanese hotel staff were friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with. However, the non-Japanese staff seemed unable to proceed without consulting the Japanese staff constantly. The room allocation felt like a lottery. Both small and spacious rooms were priced the same, and I was surprised by the difference compared to my companion's room. There was a notice stating that if you wanted your sheets changed, you should leave a sign on the door, which I did—but no one entered my room at all. Everything remained untouched; only additional towels were hung on the doorknob outside. Even trash wasn’t collected, and there was no sign of anyone opening my door during my stay. For example, I had placed broken slippers near the entrance in such a way that they would fall if someone entered—but they remained exactly as they were throughout my stay. Used towels and bath towels left in the bathroom also stayed untouched. Most guests appeared to be from Korea or China; there were very few Japanese businesspeople or tourists like us staying here—it didn’t feel like Japan inside this accommodation. Each floor had Coca-Cola vending machines available; however, Coke ON payment could not be used. I booked this accommodation thinking it would be similar to a business hotel but realized that perhaps my expectations for business hotels were too high. This place ranked among one of the lowest accommodations I've ever stayed at—comparable to an entry-level pension house at best.

    Facility and cleanliness are disappointing.

    The windows and surrounding areas were dusty, and the area around the table smelled of cigarettes. It was terrible. I will not return.

    Standard Business Hotel

    Advantages: Close to Hakata Station. Especially convenient when using Fukuoka Airport via subway. On rainy days, you can reach the Hotel through an underground path with only 5 meters of uncovered area. The breakfast venue is small and often crowded, making it a quick meal option. For those who prefer a leisurely breakfast, skipping it might be better. There is also a Starbucks just a few meters away.

    The entire building ...

    The entire building seems to have central air conditioning, and the Room was very hot, but I was told it couldn't be adjusted. Some parts of the Room were dusty, suggesting it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The only good point is its excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from Hakata Station. Due to the convenient location, the price is relatively high. I don't think I will use this place again.

    Super Convenient Hotel

    Located in front of Hakata Station, this Hotel is extremely convenient for Shinkansen travel. It offers various amenities and is reasonably priced. This is the best choice for business trips in Hakata.

    The location is good. The Facility is old and has low soundproofing.

    Used for a business trip this time. The good point is the location close to Hakata Station. It is convenient as you can go back and forth with the station in about 2-3 minutes. In terms of facilities, the bathroom and toilet are particularly old, and can only be used to the extent of taking a shower. Also, the room's soundproofing is low, and the voices in the hallway and the sound of doors opening and closing are very noticeable. The elevator was not thoroughly cleaned, and guests' trash was seen scattered. The amenities are minimal, and the items are amenities with significantly reduced costs. The taste of the food is decent, but there are few varieties, and the spacing of tables and chairs is extremely narrow, giving a slightly rushed impression in the morning. The location is good, but considering the facilities within the hotel, this is the evaluation.

    Good location

    Great location in front of the station. Complimentary breakfast was fresh with a vegan touch. The rice included ancient grains and was delicious. Discounts available for partnered parking lots on a first-come, first-served basis. The staff service was very pleasant.

    The location is excellent, right in front of the station.

    The front desk staff were all friendly and responded politely. The Room has an old feel, but it is relatively spacious and comfortable if you are just staying. Since there is no large public bath, I filled the bath in the Room, but when I drained the water, it overflowed to the toilet area, and the bath mat got soaked... The toilet lid closes by itself... Despite these issues, considering the cost performance, I think it's worth repeating.

    Close to the station!!

    Good people and close to the station! There was an event, so it was reasonably priced, but it was a really simple Business Hotel. Great location! The water facilities are quite old. The amenities were the type you press attached to the wall. The slippers are not disposable, so if you are concerned, you should bring your own... Please note that amenities such as cotton swabs are not provided unless you ask at the front desk.

    The room is not properly cleaned.

    I was surprised by the amount of dust behind the window frame and refrigerator. The bathroom drain was so bad that I thought it was clogged. The bed was wide and comfortable.

    A hotel with only a good location.

    I stay in Fukuoka once a month. This time, I stayed because it was close to the station. The location was the only good thing. When I entered the room, it was hot, and I tried to find the remote control for the air conditioner, but it was hard to find. Even when I finally found it and turned it on, it didn't cool down easily, so I had no choice but to go out. There was black dirt? Mold? on the wall of the bathtub. There was an outlet at the foot of the bed, but not at the head, making it difficult to charge my phone. When I went to the front desk for something, they didn't notice me until I spoke up. I thought it might be inevitable because the building is old. I thought I wouldn't stay there again.
