    I’m a fan of Comfort Hotel.

    I have been staying at Comfort Hotel Hiroshima Otemachi for over 20 years. The room was kept very clean, the breakfast was just the right amount, and I was able to relax. I would like to stay again during next year’s Flower Festival as well.

    The Room was small, but the bed was comfortable and I was able to rest well. There were two parking areas—one behind the Hotel and another a short distance away—and it was great that I could park in the one right behind it. I was glad breakfast was included.

    Breakfast included at this Accommodation Fee is more than appreciated! There was a great variety of dishes with a well-balanced selection, breakfast started early, and when items ran low they were replenished quickly. The staff were attentive and worked efficiently. The twin Room was very clean. It’s a typical Business Hotel—no unnecessary extras, and the small bathroom is understandable. I’ll be happy to stay again when I visit Hiroshima. Thank you very much.

    Thank you for providing a firm pillow—it was very helpful.

    I stayed here for an event at Hiroshima Green Arena. From Hiroshima Station by Shinkansen, it’s just a short walk from Chuden-mae stop on the streetcar—about 1 minute on foot. Hiroshima Green Arena is about a 10-minute walk away, so it’s definitely within walking distance. There’s also a convenience store right next door. My biggest concern was the pillow (I can’t sleep at all with soft pillows), but they had one prepared in my Room. I slept very well! Since I also have a dust allergy, I really appreciated that they provided a humidifier with an air purifier. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. I knew it would be crowded, but the staff member guiding guests at the entrance spoke clearly and handled things efficiently, so we didn’t have to wait long. Breakfast sides at a Business Hotel often tend to be similar—grilled fish, simmered dishes, and so on—but here they had delicious options like “basil stir-fried chicken breast and vegetables,” “white fish and vegetables in thickened sauce,” and “konjac somen.” While the selection wasn’t huge, I was very satisfied with breakfast overall. Overall, I was extremely satisfied. I’d love to stay again next time.

    This was my first stay here. The location is great and very convenient for sightseeing. The food was delicious, and I truly appreciated being able to stay at this price. The sightseeing map in front of the front desk was very easy to understand and helpful.

    Stayed for 3 nights with an elementary school child. The plan included free Child Sharing Existing Bedding and free breakfast, making it very affordable. Located in the center of Hiroshima City, the location was excellent, the room was well-cleaned, and all the staff were kind. Thank you very much.

    Air Conditioner

    Air Conditioner When turned on, the air conditioner made a constant clicking noise, which was very disturbing. Even though it was late August, I had to turn it off to sleep due to the noise. The filter was covered in dust, making me question how long it had been since it was last cleaned. Elevator Being on a lower floor, the elevator was always full, and I often had to let 2-3 elevators pass before being able to get on.

    Clean and a good 3-night stay.

    I have been using this place since its opening, and it is always clean and comfortable, which I appreciate. However, during my 3-night stay, I noticed the lack of variety in breakfast options, which was a bit disappointing.

    Overall satisfied.

    I previously stayed at Kobe Sannomiya and was very satisfied, so I made a Reservation again, but it seems ERA has a different concept... I didn't realize this as I hadn't researched much. While the satisfaction level with meals and rooms is slightly lower, the convenience of using the tram and easy access to tourist spots were great. The service was excellent (such as providing a map for okonomiyaki restaurants). Overall, I would rate it around 4 stars. It seemed like there were many international tourists staying here.

    Compared to other Hotels

    I stayed at Comfort Hotel Hiroshima, having stayed at the same chain in Ise last year. The room size and breakfast satisfaction were excellent. This year, I moved from Hiroshima to Izumo and stayed at a different business hotel... It made me truly appreciate the quality of Comfort Hotel. The room was small, and the breakfast was disappointing. Please continue to maintain this high quality!

    The bathroom was small and cramped, but the bed was spacious and comfortable. The service was excellent.

    The hotel was clean. The bed was a double, so I could relax and sleep comfortably. The bathroom felt a bit small. Their signature smoothies, which change daily, were very satisfying! The breakfast had a relaxing atmosphere, but since I stayed for business purposes, it ended up being quite rushed. Thank you very much!

    Convenient for sightseeing, close to the Atomic Bomb Dome.

    The stay during the New Year holidays was cost-effective. The room was clean. Breakfast was available, which was helpful. It was delicious. The property is conveniently located for sightseeing, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which was nice. There was also a laundry facility, so it was good to be able to do laundry.
