    Services

    Even in the intense heat, they kindly invited us to cool off both before and after check-in. They also warmly offered us a drink if we had time. They were smiling and very pleasant. I stayed here seven years ago, but the impression was completely different this time—everyone was so welcoming that I felt I’d like to come back again.

    Wonderful service

    The staff are wonderful. Guidance and help with any issues were handled smoothly, and everyone was full of kindness. I could really feel their pride in their work. The property was clean, and the breakfast was excellent! I’ve come to love Nara!! Next time, I’d like to stay a little longer. Thank you very much.

    My trip was wonderful!

    I chose this Hotel for my solo trip mainly for its price, but it exceeded my expectations and made my trip even more enjoyable. Above all, I was impressed by the staff’s warm service and bright smiles. The breakfast buffet was also far better than I expected, and I was very satisfied. This is a Hotel that makes me want to stay again.

    Great value for money

    An unbeatable price this close to the station! Breakfast is included, and there’s even a welcome drink. All the staff were very friendly. With Matsuya right in front of the Hotel and the station nearby, you won’t have any trouble finding convenience stores or places to shop. It’s just a short walk from JR Nara Station. Since it’s great value for money, there aren’t skincare amenities, so be sure to bring your own—then there’s no problem at all. I’d love to stay again when I visit Nara. There’s also a parking lot next door.

    Overall, it’s not a bad Hotel. However, I didn’t feel it offered good value for money. At this price, there are many better Accommodations and Hotels available now, so I didn’t feel like staying again. It feels like it needs a bit more effort. It’s disappointing because the concept doesn’t come through.

    Many international visitors are staying in Nara City during the cherry blossom season. Please come early for breakfast (from 6:00 AM)!

    The property is kept very clean.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay, and the room was cleaned perfectly, making my stay very comfortable. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of parking options nearby, so I would definitely like to stay again.

    Breakfast is a must.

    The buffet-style breakfast was plentiful, and we were very satisfied. The Asuka hot pot we tried for the first time had a gentle flavor and was delicious.

    The staff’s thoughtful hospitality is outstanding.

    Thank you for taking care of me for one night. The Hotel was close to the station, and there were restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which was very convenient. I also appreciated that breakfast was included, and I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. The breakfast selection was sufficient, and the soup (maybe Asuka nabe?) was delicious. I was surprised that I could use the cafe even after check-out, and I was truly impressed when the staff said, “Please feel free to use it—take a break.” It’s rare to receive this level of hospitality even after check-out, so I was even more impressed. Especially for business or sightseeing when you’re on the move, I think a simple but well-run Hotel with solid service like this is ideal. Thank you very much for everything during my stay.

    It is necessary and sufficient.

    Thank you for hosting us for a five-night Multiple Night Stay. The location was great and very convenient. Everything was simple and efficient, making our stay very comfortable. If we have the chance to visit Nara again, we would love to stay with you again.

    It’s been a year.

    I stay here every year in mid-March. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and it’s conveniently located near JR Nara Station—an all-around great Hotel. It’s also within walking distance of Kintetsu Nara Station, with easy access to Kasuga Taisha Shrine, Nara Park, and Todai-ji Temple. I like it very much.

    Glad we stayed here.

    Although it’s possible to visit on a day trip, I decided to stay at the Hotel so I could enjoy sightseeing in Nara at a relaxed pace. It’s conveniently located close to JR Nara Station. At Comfort Hotel, you can use the lounge, and Child Sharing Existing Bedding is free for elementary school children and younger, with breakfast included, which is always very helpful. The breakfast is very satisfying for the price. They had Asuka hot pot, which felt uniquely Nara. I also enjoyed smoothies as well as apple and mango in the morning. Since it was a weekend, breakfast times seemed staggered, so it wasn’t crowded and I could take my time. Check-in and check-out are done by machine, but the front desk kindly helped by storing my luggage and lending me a charger. I’d like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

    Ease of Sightseeing in Nara

    Convenient location for exploring Naramachi. The breakfast was delicious and exceeded expectations for being complimentary. Please note that amenities such as cleansing products and lotion are not provided. The check-in process was explained thoroughly and professionally. There is no affiliated parking, but a 24-hour parking lot nearby is available for 600 yen.

    For use with children

    The Hotel's location was excellent, and the parking fee was affordable, which was great. I enjoyed walking to Nara Park and shopping in the arcade, which made my stay very satisfying. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a variety of options that were more than enough for a morning meal. One concern I had was that the Room had an odd smell, like an older man’s scent, and when I turned on the air purifier, its filter was dusty with the cleaning light blinking. Other Hotels in this chain usually provide body wash sponges, so I didn’t bring one this time; it would be nice if they offered them here as well.

    A compact Business Hotel offering breakfast

    Located about a 5-8 minute walk from Nara Station, the Hotel is situated in a quiet area slightly away from the station front. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area. From Sanjo Street near the station to Kintetsu Nara Station, it’s about a 20-minute walk, and there are plenty of shops along the way, making it an enjoyable stroll. The rooms at the Hotel are somewhat small but clean. There is no view from the rooms. Breakfast is included as a complimentary service and is very convenient. The quality and variety of breakfast are sufficient and satisfying. There were many international guests staying at this Hotel. Check-in is done via machine, but when leaving luggage with staff, they responded with warm smiles and excellent hospitality. With many buses departing from in front of the station, this Hotel offers great convenience for visiting tourist spots in Nara!

    Despite the reasonab...

    Despite the reasonable Accommodation Fee, the service spirit at this accommodation was outstanding. The young gentleman, in particular, provided heartfelt hospitality, which truly moved me. Conveniently located near the station, it was easy to use and made for a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

    Excellent

    I am a repeat guest. I appreciate the free breakfast and the fact that, unlike many places where buffet-style meals cannot be taken back to the Room, they provide containers so you can enjoy your meal in your Room. The food was also delicious. However, there are only two washing machines and dryers available, making it difficult to get a turn. This was quite stressful.

    Relax and unwind at our café with free drinks.

    Stayed for 3 nights during sightseeing. The café space offers free drinks (until midnight), including delicious coffee made from freshly ground beans. There is also a wide variety of teas and herbal teas, along with a great selection of books to enjoy. After returning from sightseeing, I had a relaxing and pleasant time with these amenities.

    Conveniently located near the station with great value for money.

    Conveniently located near JR Nara Station, it was perfect for our early morning pilgrimage to Iga City the next day. Breakfast starting at 6:30 AM was very helpful. The breakfast menu was extensive, and we appreciated being able to take coffee back to the Room.

    Stayed for 2 nights ...

    Stayed for 2 nights during cherry blossom viewing in Nara and Kyoto. The Plan was an Economy Double (non-smoking), so the bed was a bit small, and the unit bath was also compact. However, since we only returned to the Room at night, it was satisfactory. The most impressive part was the complimentary breakfast. We didn’t expect much because it was free, but there were plenty of options, and everything tasted great. The recommended smoothie was delicious and perfect for starting the day actively. The side dishes were thoughtfully seasoned and satisfying! The Hotel staff were very kind and accommodating; we would love to stay again!

    The Hotel, popular among international guests, is located directly in front of a funeral hall.

    The room I stayed in was directly facing a funeral hall, which gave me mixed feelings. Perhaps due to the impact of inbound tourism, there were few Japanese guests, and the breakfast buffet was extremely crowded even before it officially started.

    A Highly Satisfying Hotel Stay

    I stayed for two nights and was very impressed by the friendly service of the front desk staff! Although check-in can be a bit nerve-wracking, their warm welcome immediately put me at ease. The bed and pillows were just as high-quality as rumored, allowing me to sleep soundly. Breakfast was also incredibly delicious. The cream stir-fry with shrimp, mushrooms, and broccoli, as well as the vegetable-rich keema curry, were so memorable that I want to have them again. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Nara!

    This is my fourth stay. Conveniently located near JR Nara Station and within walking distance of Kintetsu Nara Station. Breakfast is buffet-style, delicious, and the service is excellent, making it a satisfying experience. The bathroom is a unit bath in the room, so it's neither particularly good nor bad.

    Happy with the breakfast service!

    Conveniently located near Nara Station and reasonably priced, this is my second stay. The female staff at the breakfast venue were very friendly and left a great impression. Their cheerful morning greetings energized me, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meal.

    There was a value beyond the price.

    The parking lot next to the Hotel is 800 yen, but if you search, you can find places for 500 or 600 yen. The front desk service is excellent. There are coffee services, a toaster, and a microwave. Pillows are available for rent. The air conditioning and heating are separate for each Room, making it very user-friendly. There is an air purifier with a humidifier function. The refrigerator cools well but is small in size. The TV was 32 inches. The power outlets are conveniently located. The chair in my Room was not good, as it felt like it slid forward when I sat on it. The bed was so-so; not great, but not bad either. There was some space under the bed, so I could store my opened suitcase there. In the breakfast area, there are plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging phones at the counter-like tables. The breakfast was good, even though it was free. There is milk (which is not common in free breakfasts at many hotels). There are also cherry tomatoes and yogurt, and two types of bread, which became softer and more delicious when warmed slightly in the microwave. There is a ramen shop next door. It was better than expected for the price.

    I would like to use it again when I come to Nara.

    I searched for a Hotel close to the station to go to the airport the next day, and made a Reservation because the price was reasonable, breakfast was free, and the Review was not bad. As a result, I was glad I stayed. The Room and bathroom were clean and I could relax. The staff was also courteous. I didn't have high expectations for the free breakfast, but there was a wide variety of salads, and the side dishes and rice were warm, making it a great start to the day.

    Breakfast Time

    The breakfast starting at 6:30 was great. At hotels where it starts after 7, I sometimes skip it to leave early. The bed was spacious and clean, allowing me to rest comfortably. Thank you very much. It was also helpful that I could send my luggage by courier. If I may say, it would be even better if there were unsweetened bread or baguettes for breakfast.

    The location and comfort were both excellent.

    Very convenient as it is right next to JR Nara Station, with tourist spots, restaurants, and convenience stores all around. The staff had wonderful smiles and were very pleasant, which I appreciated. It was quite helpful that breakfast was provided in a bento pack, allowing us to eat in our room.
