  It was scary when someone unlocked the door and entered the Room.

  In the morning, as I stepped out of the shower and was still half-asleep, a housekeeping staff member suddenly unlocked the door and came in without knocking. When I instinctively shouted, they said “Sorry” and left. I am male, but I was completely naked, and it was terrifying. There was no proactive apology from the Hotel. The Room and front desk have been renovated and were clean. The freezer compartment and plumbing area felt unchanged from before.

We also deeply apologize that neither the housekeeping staff nor the front desk staff who received your report offered you a heartfelt apology. If we had truly put ourselves in your position and considered how you must have felt as if it were our own experience, this kind of careless apology would never have occurred. We will place the highest priority on our guests’ safety and comfort, and we will thoroughly review and improve how all service staff should respond when we fail to uphold that standard.   Affordable price

  Conveniently located near Himeji Station and the downtown area, with a convenience store right next door. Himeji Castle is also within walking distance. Breakfast is buffet-style, and since Himeji is known for oden, it was available and very delicious. The two morning smoothie options were also great. Considering the room rate includes breakfast, this is very good value. Highly recommended.

  It was a convenient Hotel.

  The station, downtown area, and Himeji Castle are within walking distance, making it relatively close. There is also a convenience store next door, which is very convenient. The coffee corner is a nice touch. I would choose this Hotel again if I visit Himeji.

  The room is equipped with air conditioning.

  The air conditioner had severe mold, so we couldn't use it. Fortunately, the temperature wasn't too high, so it was manageable, but it would have been a problem in the peak of summer. Other than that, we were satisfied.

  Staying for the first time in 8 years

  I visited Himeji for the first time in 8 years on a trip with my daughter and stayed at Comfort Hotel Himeji. The room was well-cleaned, and I was impressed by the bright and kind service of the staff. I almost said "I'm home!" The breakfast was free and delicious, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing morning after a long time. I would like to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

  So-called Business Hotel

  The pillow was very thin and not to my liking. I think it would have been more comfortable if two thin pillows were provided. The drink service in the lobby was good. The green tea had a particularly nice aroma, and I had a refill. Perhaps because it was the innermost room, the Wi-Fi signal wasn't very strong and occasionally got disconnected. I had breakfast. There weren't many items, but since it was free, the content seemed ordinary. There didn't seem to be any noteworthy points, but I felt like I stayed at a Business Hotel with no excess or deficiency.

  I used it for the first time.

  It was my first time using it. The room was spacious, and there were plenty of power outlets, which was helpful. The hairdryer had a strong airflow, which was also helpful. It was a bit disappointing that the slippers were thin and difficult to wear, but it's a minor issue.
