    Conveniently located right in front of the station.

    Even though we requested a non-smoking room, the bedding smelled of cigarette smoke. The bicycles were convenient, but helmet rentals should be available in the future.

    A hearty complimentary breakfast is included.

    The station is right in front, which is very convenient. The Facility was also very clean. The Room was spacious, and the semi-double bed was comfortable. The staff always greeted us with a smile and provided very pleasant service. There were many other guests, including international travelers, but both the Room and the hallways were very quiet. It was my first time staying at this Hotel, and I was surprised at how much variety there was at breakfast—more than I expected! The Hotel’s special smoothies and a local specialty hot pot were delicious and made for a wonderful memory. I was truly impressed that even though breakfast is free, you can still enjoy local specialties. I ate plenty in the morning and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip even more afterward. Thank you very much.

    Short-staffed during the year-end?

    Room Reserved for 2 people, but while there were two sets of towels, there was only one pillow. On the second night, for some reason, there was only one set of towels. The smell of the shower curtain and mold under the sink (visible when soaking in the bath) were concerning. However, after reporting it, they replaced and cleaned everything to a pleasant state by the second day. Meals The quality was reasonable for the price; however, less than an hour before breakfast ended, rice ran out as well as soup, miso soup, and fruit. After mentioning this to staff, only yogurt and apples were restocked; other items were unavailable. Additionally, cleanup couldn't keep up—while guests neatly stacked trays at designated spots in self-service areas—the height made it difficult to add more on top. Dirty cutlery overflowed from containers as well. Tables remained dirty and misaligned throughout service hours. Service Staff kindly called regarding forgotten items and showed great attentiveness while allowing us to use the lobby before check-in time. Their hospitality was very pleasant overall. If operations improve further in these areas mentioned above—I would gladly stay again!

    Clean and tidy near the station

    Stopped by on the way back from a business trip to Kansai and arrived at night, but the location was easy to find right in front of the station, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The Room was clean and very satisfying. Breakfast had a sufficient variety, and the potato smoothie was delicious. Bicycles were available for rent, making it easy to visit Hikone Castle and Lake Biwa even in pumps, allowing for an enjoyable sightseeing experience.

    First Business Hotel Experience

    We used this for a short trip with children. We chose a Plan with a checkout time in the afternoon, so we could relax in the morning. From the window, we could see Hikone Castle and its beautiful night illumination. The best part here is undoubtedly the breakfast buffet, which is surprisingly free! Although I didn’t expect much since it was free, there was a wide variety of dishes from Japanese to Western cuisine, making it enjoyable to choose and feel indulgent in the morning. The kids were thrilled as well, and we’d love to stay here again.

    This was my first solo trip, and I stayed at this Hotel. It was conveniently located near the station, included breakfast, and offered free drinks, which made it very satisfying. The Room was clean and spacious, providing great comfort. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you!

    Good value for money

    The room was clean. I think this price is cost-effective for being right in front of the station. Breakfast is also included. (It would have been nice to have a tray.) If I have the opportunity, I would like to use it again.

    Conveniently located a 1-minute walk from Hikone Station.

    It is very convenient as it is located just a 1-minute walk from Hikone Station and is visible from the station. I arrived a little early, but there is a self-locker to store carry cases, which was helpful. The front desk staff had a wonderful smile and provided pleasant service. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. (The miso soup with lots of ingredients was particularly delicious.) Thank you very much.

    Since I always use I...

    Since I always use IKYU, I made a Reservation with IKYU this time as well, but the price was 2.3 times higher than those who made a Reservation through other sites. Someone who stayed in a single room for 7,500 yen informed me, and my cost exceeded 20,000 yen. I understand that the price is higher on days that coincide with events, but it was a bit disappointing that the difference was more than double for the same day stay. The Hotel staff's response was kind. I recommend using it at the regular price. I wonder if it would have been better to make a direct Reservation...

    Close to the station and quiet.

    Close to the station and quiet, with free parking available. Stayed while visiting Taga Taisha Shrine. Had a relaxing time.
