    No matter how automated things become

    A welcoming attitude and polite communication toward guests, as well as thorough cleaning of every corner of the Room, are important. When I asked for one more hanger because there weren’t enough, I was told to come pick it up at the front desk. A disappointing Hotel in many ways.

    It was very convenient for getting around, with direct access to the airport.

    Direct elevator access to the airport terminal made getting around very convenient, regardless of the weather or how much luggage we had. In addition, it offered great value for money, and perhaps by chance, breakfast was also easy and smooth. The twin Room was spacious enough and comfortable, so I would like to stay here again next time.

    The lobby was dimly lit, and the only amenities provided were a razor and a comb—nothing for women. The walls were thin, so you could clearly hear voices in the hallway and sounds from the wash area. There was soap scum on the side of the bathtub, so I cleaned it myself. The water pressure was good.

    This Hotel was very convenient for staying before or after using the airport. The parking lot was spacious, so I felt comfortable even when arriving by car. There is a guest-only elevator with direct access to the airport walkway, which is a major advantage. Breakfast was standard, and it felt typical for a Business Hotel. It looked like the gym was available as well, but we skipped it this time because we were traveling with children. Overall, I was quite satisfied—especially with the excellent location and convenience. I think it’s an easy-to-use Hotel near the airport.

    A Hotel near the airport

    I stayed here because it was convenient and close to Chubu Centrair International Airport. The lobby staff greeted me with a smile, but the explanation was insufficient. When I said, “It’s my first time staying here,” another staff member explained, but it felt like not all guests are familiar with this Hotel. A flight attendant happened to arrive and was very kind. The Room was cleaned well, but there was no hand soap. There was also no body towel—neither in the lobby nor in the Room. I should have asked, but I had an early morning, so I used body soap instead. It seems they are trying to keep costs down. I really wanted hand soap. The staff at check-out were good.

    Stayed at the accommodation to see off family.

    I used this accommodation to see off my family who was relocating overseas, as their flight was early in the morning. We had dinner at a restaurant in Centrair. The access to the airport is excellent, making it a great choice for those traveling with small children.

    Affordable prices

    It was a great deal with breakfast included for under 10,000 yen. Very convenient as it is close to the airport. I wish the bathroom and toilet were a bit more spacious. It was a quiet and clean Hotel.

    Sufficient as an airport Hotel.

    Stayed before a flight at Centrair. Conveniently connected to the airport station with a covered walkway, allowing easy access to the Room even with large luggage carts. The standard Room had enough space for four suitcases, and all necessary amenities were provided, so there was no inconvenience. Breakfast exceeded expectations and was quite tasty. Would definitely choose to stay here again if the price remains similar.

    Delicious Breakfast

    The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, which I really enjoy. The convenience of being connected to the airport without getting wet is a great advantage, and this breakfast is one of the reasons why I always choose Comfort Hotel Central International Airport whenever I need accommodation. The spacious writing desk in the room also makes it easy to work, which is another plus.

    Convenient Access

    This time, I reserved this hotel for an overnight stay as my departure time was early. I am pleased with its cleanliness and proximity to the airport.

    This is my regular accommodation when using the Expo venue.

    The price is reasonable and includes breakfast, so I use it every year when traveling for live events at the EXPO venue. Compared to other Hotels, the only downsides are fewer amenities and no bottled water in the Room. However, there is a coffee maker at the front desk, and considering the price, I am satisfied. The breakfast is very delicious for being free, and the restaurant has a great seaside view, making for a refreshing morning experience. I will definitely stay here again.

    Used for a pre-trip stay

    Although the stay was short, the convenience of arriving and departing from the airport without getting wet even in the rain was ideal. Breakfast is included for free, and it was satisfying. The restaurant space is spacious, with no waiting time, which was the best part.

    The foreign guests on the same floor who arrived late at night were shouting loudly with their children, which was very noisy. The location is convenient, being close to both the station and the live venue, and the front desk staff and other staff members were kind. I was satisfied with the affordable price that included breakfast, but this was the only disappointing aspect.

    Use for the night before stay.

    Since I had an early morning flight, I used it as a pre-stay this time. The breakfast had a wide variety for being free, and I was very satisfied. The Room was spacious enough to accommodate two large suitcases without worrying about noise from the hallway or next door, which was helpful. Also, I am grateful for the very courteous service at the reception. It is very convenient as you can walk smoothly to the airport without leaving the Hotel. I would like to use it again.

    Free breakfast, free parking, great location, affordable!

    I stayed for one night for sightseeing in Tokoname. I was able to stay reasonably in this era of high prices. There was no parking fee, a free breakfast was included, and it was connected to Centrair by a corridor, which was very convenient and appreciated. It was a bit unexpected that the 1st-floor restaurant I was counting on was closed on Tuesday. I wanted to drink beer while looking at the sea there.

    Thank you for your hospitality. When using the early morning flight from Centrair, we always stay at Comfort the night before. It's reassuring to be able to depart without any morning rush. It's great that all three of us can use regular beds. I think we'll be staying with you again.
