    A truly comfortable Hotel, just as the name suggests.

    As last year, you kindly prepared a train-view Room as requested, and my son was absolutely delighted (he was thrilled to see the Meitetsu trains from the hallway as well). The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and breakfast offered a good variety. Although there is no large public bath Facility, we found it comfortable and had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

    It was comfortable, just as the name suggests.

    It was a Hotel where I could relax and rest well. Unfortunately, the breakfast area was crowded at the time, so I gave up using it. I’d like to try again next time.

    It was a convenient Hotel close to the station.

    We could see the golden Nobunaga from our Room on the 12th floor. Since it was Golden Week, I was surprised that the breakfast venue was already crowded at 6:30 a.m. It was a convenient Hotel, close to the station and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. I was disappointed that there were no amenities such as cleansing oil and toner, but I understand that’s just how things are these days. (It helped that there was a convenience store next door.) Next time, I’ll bring my own. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located right in front of the station.

    I’ve stayed here several times for business. It’s very convenient as it’s right in front of JR Gifu Station. The front desk staff are also very friendly. The Room is compact, but clean and doesn’t feel cramped. With free breakfast included, and the Comfort Library Cafe where you can relax freely and enjoy complimentary coffee and other drinks from 10:00 to 24:00, I think the value for money is unbeatable.

    Clean Room and a delicious breakfast

    The female receptionist was very kind. When I told her I wanted to park a tall vehicle, she gave me a map and showed me where to go. The Room was clean, and the bathroom and toilet were well maintained. Breakfast included smoothies and vegetable dishes, which made me happy to have such a healthy menu.

    Great location and excellent value for money.

    I stayed here during my sightseeing trip. The location is very convenient and easy to find. It was just a short walk from JR Gifu Station via the deck. There is a convenience store on the first floor, and a free café on the third floor. Breakfast is also complimentary, making it very cost-effective. Even on the day of check-out, I was able to use the third-floor café until my departure time, which allowed me to relax after sightseeing before catching my train. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Gifu. Thank you! I would love to stay here again.

    Great location!

    Great location! Close to the station, and the seasonal illuminations in front of Gifu Station were stunning and enjoyable. The Facility felt a bit dated, such as the mixer tap at the sink not being a single lever type, but it was very clean. Renovation work is currently underway, so I’m looking forward to its completion. The meals were very hearty and should satisfy even those with big appetites. The complimentary coffee and tea service was also much appreciated. As for amenities, there were almost no items catered towards women, so I had to scramble through my pouch. It would be nice if there were services like providing them upon request or similar options.

    Comfortable.

    Great location, clean, and excellent staff service. The complimentary breakfast has a limited selection, but everything is delicious. Includes fruits, yogurt, and local dishes. Comfort Hotel always provides high satisfaction regardless of the location. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Sheets, futons, and pillows are...

    This is just a personal impression. The sheets, futon, and pillows did not feel fresh and seemed sticky. It felt like the second day of a Multiple Night Stay at a Hotel where sheet replacement is not conducted. Perhaps there was some mistake, and only the bed was made without replacing the sheets? Other than that, considering the price, there were no particular issues.

    Breakfast Menu That Never Gets Boring Even During a Multiple Night Stay

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay, and the breakfast menu was well-varied, delicious, and nutritious. Additionally, they prepared a Room with a view of Gifu Station as requested, which made my train-loving child very happy. The staff's service was excellent, making it a truly satisfying Hotel stay. Thank you!

    Conveniently located near the station

    Conveniently located in front of the station. The Room is not spacious but clean, with functional facilities and layout. The breakfast venue is not large, but the ingredients are fresh, nutritious, and delicious.

    This was my first time using this service.

    Located directly in front of JR Gifu Station, the location was very convenient. The check-in process was handled with great care. The Room was spacious, leaving a very positive impression during my stay. Breakfast was included for free, and I tried it the next morning; however, the rice served was extremely disappointing and I ended up leaving it untouched. Having had opportunities to try various types of rice abroad, this is the first time I found it inedible. While I understand that rising rice prices may pose challenges for the Hotel and appreciate that breakfast is offered free of charge, perhaps some adjustments in cooking methods or water measurements could improve its quality.

    Multiple Night Stay

    I stayed for 5 nights. The accommodation is close to the station but felt like an old hotel. Breakfast had limited options but was delicious. Smoothies and egg dishes were prepared differently each day, so it never got boring. There were many foreign tourists, and the elevator in the morning was crowded, taking about 10 minutes to get on.

    Not a relaxing Hotel.

    It might be standard for a Business Hotel, but the air conditioning system was centralized for the entire building. Despite temperatures dropping below 10 degrees on this day, it remained on cooling mode and could not be adjusted. While blankets were offered if needed, this seems unreasonable. Additionally, breakfast was free but extremely crowded, leaving no seating available. The elevators also became unusable due to the congestion. Measures such as scheduling different times for group guests or informing about their presence during the Reservation process would be appreciated.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    It was a single, but the Room was spacious and the bed was large. The complimentary breakfast was also quite satisfying. Being close to the station and having a convenience store on the first floor were very convenient. I rated amenities as 4 because I felt there wasn't enough toothpaste.

    This is the best value-for-money hotel in front of Gifu Station. If staying near Gifu Station, I plan to continue using Comfort Hotel.
