  The library was very...

  The library was very clean and nice. Breakfast was delicious, but there was only one coffee machine and it took time, so there was always a line—I hope this can be improved. There were no cotton swabs in the amenities, so I had to buy some at a nearby drugstore, but they were available at the front desk. There was no explanation about this, which was disappointing. The Room was quiet and clean, which was great.

  It was very convenient, as it was very close to the station. Having breakfast included was helpful.

  It was only for one night.

  We had a very pleasant stay. However, the amenities were limited, and the unit bathroom was not very convenient to use. Breakfast was provided free of charge; there was a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. The service was excellent, and the price was reasonable. We would like to stay again.

  Neither good nor bad.

  Neither good nor bad. No discomfort, but nothing remarkable either. The meals are not particularly delicious, but reasonable for the price. For a Business Hotel, the Room lacks USB charging ports and cables. The parking lot is spacious and convenient. Considering it's a Business Hotel, the price seems fair enough.

  The accommodation is not bad.

  The accommodation is considered good and reasonably priced. However, when making a reservation on IKYU, I mistakenly entered the wrong number of guests. After rebooking the same room and plan with the correct number of guests, I called to cancel the incorrect reservation immediately but was informed that a cancellation fee would be charged due to system policies. As a result, I ended up paying both the accommodation fee for the same day and the cancellation fee. While I understand that cancellation fees apply when canceling and rebooking on the same day according to system rules, I did not expect to be charged a cancellation fee despite rebooking for more guests at a higher price under the same room and plan.
