    A Business Hotel near Kannai Station that blends in with the atmosphere of Yokohama.

    At the front desk, the staff kindly guided me through the procedures as I was unfamiliar with them. There was a complimentary coffee area and a reading corner behind the reception, and it felt like regular guests were enjoying a relaxed time. I also had breakfast; as someone who likes Japanese food, I was very satisfied with the buffet-style meal. The Hotel was also conveniently located near Kannai Station and very easy to use. Thank you for your hospitality.

    I had a great stay last year, so I decided to return again this year. The staff kept a comfortable distance, and I was able to spend my time without any inconvenience. Has the book café on the second floor been renovated? The atmosphere had changed and felt brighter, which surprised me. As I mentioned last time, the breakfast flow still feels a bit unsmooth, and it doesn’t seem like there have been any major changes. One thing that concerned me was the toilet in the Room: water kept dripping constantly. I could hear it even while sleeping, and I felt it might bother guests who are sensitive to noise. With the station and convenience stores nearby and reasonable prices, I would recommend it overall. The conference venue will be the same next year as well, so I’m considering staying here again.

    We stayed the night ...

    We stayed the night before due to a typhoon. Because of the severe weather in the morning, it was very helpful that we were allowed to wait in the café even after check-out. The Room is understandably old, but we were able to stay comfortably. Breakfast was delicious. We will visit again when the weather is nice.

    The Room is clean, and the breakfast is thoughtfully prepared.

    I arrived close to midnight after a night out, and the staff checked me in smoothly without any fuss. The Room was compact, and the hair dryer was a bit hard to find, but everything I needed was provided. It was also well cleaned, so I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast had smoothies and other well-prepared, tasty options. The only downside was that the dining area felt a bit small. Overall, this is a Hotel I can recommend.

    Nothing was particularly inconvenient, but there also wasn’t anything especially good. I was satisfied with how close it is to the station. The amenities are minimal to a level that’s rare these days. With the restaurant under renovation, there is no place to wait for companions. I would like the cleaning staff to work a little more quietly. The elevator is slow.

    Bath only...

    I have stayed here before and was very satisfied with the included breakfast, convenient access, and overall experience for a solo stay, so I decided to book again. After a tiring business trip, I filled the bathtub to relax but noticed some black particles floating in the water. Upon closer inspection, there were scattered dirt spots. Unfortunately, I gave up on using the bath and opted for a shower instead before going to bed. That was the only disappointment during my stay. The breakfast and free drinks were excellent, and I would consider staying here again if needed in the future. The price was also very affordable, which was greatly appreciated.

    It was terrible. I will never stay here again.

    The worst stay ever. First, there were only two small elevators, which took forever to arrive. Even when they did, only 2-3 people could fit if guests with large luggage were using them. The room seemed old as the building itself might be outdated; there were occasional unbearable noises. Similar sounds occurred when using the room's faucet, likely caused by drainage or water pipes. I was woken up several times late at night and early in the morning when nearby rooms seemed to use their water supply, preventing me from getting adequate rest. Additionally, breakfast was included but the seating area was extremely cramped and overcrowded. The buffet area was also narrow and packed with people, including many families with small children. It didn’t seem like any infection prevention measures were in place at all; it felt unsafe to eat there so I ended up buying a sandwich and rice ball from a convenience store instead. The only redeeming points were that there weren’t any bed bugs and hot water worked properly. I will never stay at this hotel again nor consider staying at any Comfort Hotel in the future. This time I trusted IKYU.com to find a hotel near the station and made my reservation through them but am deeply shocked that IKYU.com handles such hotels in their listings.

    I was very satisfied...

    I was very satisfied! If I had to say, I would have liked one more towel per person, but it wasn’t a big issue since I could just go and get one. The unlimited drinks and included breakfast made me really happy! I’ll definitely stay here again.

    Highly recommended.

    Thank you for the pleasant stay during our three-day, two-night visit. The staff were kind and attentive, maintaining a comfortable level of interaction. The amenities were basic but sufficient, and there was no inconvenience. The bath was available in each room and was standard. Regarding breakfast, there were slight delays due to the layout causing some flow issues. However, over the two days we used it, we appreciated that they varied the salad and bread options slightly. It also seemed possible to enjoy breakfast in your room if preferred. Although labeled as a welcome drink service, coffee and other beverages were available until midnight without limitation—very convenient! The hotel is conveniently located near three stations with two convenience stores and a small supermarket nearby. It's also within walking distance of the stadium and Chinatown. There are plenty of dining and drinking options around as well, so finding food or drinks is not an issue. One minor concern was that since we opted out of cleaning for our Multiple Night Stay, we were asked to leave towels out but weren’t provided with any bags for them initially; this left us unsure what to do at first. However, upon returning from an outing the next day, fresh towels had been hung on our door handle—a thoughtful touch! If given another opportunity in the future, I would love to stay here again!

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near the station. The bathroom was small, but understandable. The welcome drink was delicious. Breakfast was free, and although I didn’t have high expectations, it offered a good variety and was enjoyable. I would stay here again when visiting Yokohama.

    The staff is warm and welcoming.

    This is my second stay for a business trip. I appreciate the compact and convenient location, as well as the sufficient Facility, but what impressed me most was the warm hospitality of the staff. Even with machine check-in/out and breakfast guidance, they made eye contact and spoke kindly, leaving a lasting impression beyond convenience. I look forward to seeing you again on my next visit!

    I would like to stay again.

    This was my second stay. I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but I was guided to use the self check-in machine and was smoothly assisted. I was able to leave my luggage and immediately go sightseeing nearby. It was helpful that I could have a light refreshment with coffee, tea, or cold water in the café space before heading out. The location is easy to find by walking straight from JR Kannai Station, with a Maibasuketto nearby and a 7-ELEVEN across the street, making it easy to purchase snacks and drinks. The room was clean, and I could comfortably use the shower curtain and bathtub. I was able to use my time effectively for sightseeing in Kamakura and Yokohama. It's a compact hotel that makes me want to stay again. I would recommend it to friends. The breakfast included for free was satisfying for the level offered. The staff were promptly replenishing items. There are many self-service aspects, but since it's a free breakfast, I thought it was nice that everyone cooperated to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

    I couldn't sleep.

    Every time someone in another Room uses the water, a motor sound? A buzzing sound like a vibration can be heard intermittently. It can be heard just as you're about to fall asleep. If the sleeping environment is bad, it's best not to stay here. It seems other guests have the same opinion. Also, the Room is cold. Even with the heating on, it feels chilly. In summer, it must be hot instead. The service staff was pleasant.

    Compact and comfortable

    It felt a bit cramped, but it had all the necessary amenities, and it was clean and comfortable. I was very pleased to be able to bring the welcome drink to the Room. The breakfast had a lot of vegetables, was colorful, and had a well-balanced menu, which was delicious. It was more comfortable than the price suggested, so I will use it again.

    The staff were all very kind. Although there was some aging, it was clean. The coffee was also delicious. I would like to use it again.
